La machine à gagner The winning machine RD 1200 : XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL XXL La technique utilisée pour le nouveau cadre MBK RD1200 fabriqué en Europe est manuelle et très complexe. Le carbone utilisé est du 3K HT (high tensile) pour un poids de 200grs par mètre carré. Chaque tube est fabriqué séparément et pas moins de cinq moules sont nécessaires à la fabrication du cadre. Cette technique nous permet de ne pas avoir de résidus de matériels utilisés pour la production et surtout de contrôler l épaisseur et la direction des fibres. Ensuite tous les tubes sont liés ensemble et recouvert de cinq feuilles de carbone vérifiés à chaque étape avant le séchage final. Son design a été étudié pour optimiser le rendement en mettant en adéquation Rigidité et Confort c est pour cela que l on a utilisé un tube supérieur en forme d Arc de cercle partant de la douille de direction jusqu au blocage de la roue arrière pour rigidifié l ensemble du cadre. Une languette derrière la tige de selle permettra de disperser les vibrations. Nous avons conservé notre système de «snakes eyes stay» dans les haubans, testé et adopté par les professionnels du team Agritubel, pour son apport en confort et motricité. Un autre détail technique est le passage des câbles internes au niveau de la douille de direction, dessous la boite de pédalier et dans les haubans qui permet de protéger les câbles de transmissions de la pluie et ainsi accroître la précisions dans les changements de vitesses. We use high quality fibers 3K high tensile, for a weight of 200gr per square meters. All tubing are produced one by one and link together by 5 layers respecting the direction of the fibers to obtain the stiffness in the place we want. Its design has been studied to obtain the best density / performae ratio. The curve shape of the top tube, from the head tube to the rear dropout is the best way to irease the rigidity. We kept as well our SES approved by our professional team, and add a new open shape on the seat tube, to irease comfort and distribute all the vibrations from any deformations in the road.
