Special Collegues Hats off to our BDO Body Builders, the BBBs! Ridhwan and Javed developed a passion for bodybuilding since the age of 20. They have trained hard, since then, to attain excellence. Body Building is a means of relaxation, a break from stress of worklife. However, it demands a lot of motivation, perseverance, and a strict protein-based diet, which is normally very costly. Bodybuilding must always be performed under the supervision of a qualified trainer, since the risk of injury is quite high in some exercises highlight Ridhwan and Javed. Ridhwan ranked first at the Regional competition in the Young category last year; while Javed won the Mr. Mauritius Trophy - Young University Category and Mr. Port Louis last year Naushad Nahoor The Javed you know Javed Mahamedally The Ridhwan you know Ridhwan Sheik Rawa 5
