Qu est-ce qu un «projet urbain durable»? What is a sustainable urban project? L étude vise à identifier des projets ambitieux et novateurs susceptibles d être réalisés dans un horizon proche Ces projets urbains doivent avoir une portée stratégique dans une logique de développement durable du triple point de vue économique, social et environnemental Ils doivent de préférence intégrer plusieurs dimensions portant sur la rénovation et l aménagement urbains, les transports, l eau, l assainissement, les déchets, les infrastructures Une sélection rigoureuse sera effectuée, à partir de 9 critères The study aims to identify ambitious and innovative projects likely to be implemented in a near horizon These urban projects must have a strategic significance in a logical of sustainable development on the economical, social and environmental point of view They should preferably integrate several dimensions (renovation and urban design, transportation, water, sanitation, waste,) A rigorous selection will be carried out from a series of 9 criteria ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY FINANCIAL VIABILITY QUALITY OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT ECONOMIC VIABILITY UPFI SUSTAINABLE URBAN PROJECT MATURITY INTEGRATION ADAPTATION TO NEEDS REPLICABILITY INNOVATION
