A WebQuest for 8 th Grade French Students of Madame Reiss inspired by and borrowed from Linda Neely Introduction You and your classmates are going to prepare for a trip across the Atlantic Ocean to Paris, La Ville des Lumières The City of Spirits which for hundreds of years has radiated irresistible genius. Paris has a rich, fascinating history, but it's also chic and lively with a blend of ancient and modern culture. To be able to see everything and fully appreciate what Paris has to offer, you need to gather some information. Part I With a partner make a detailed itinerary for a two-day visit to Paris. You will refer to a map of Paris and a map of the Paris métro in order to get a sense of where monuments/sites are located in relation to each other. This will help to make sure your itinerary is logical. You should consider how much you can see in two days, how much time you can spend at each monument and how close the monuments are to each other. Your plan should include an hourly schedule of what you will do and see.
