3 PAR / BY Patrick Rollet, President FIVA Bienvenue Willkommen Benvenuti En 2015, la Fédération Internationale des Véhicules Anciens (FIVA) a confié l organisation de son événement automobile mondial à la Confédération Helvétique et plus particulièrement à un Comité d Organisation piloté par Neuchâtel Classic, un club dont la réputation n est plus à faire. La valeureuse équipe organisatrice, strictement composée de courageux bénévoles, s est donnée sans compter pour concevoir un programme de grande qualité alliant avec bonheur le patrimoine automobile de plusieurs nations et l exceptionnelle richesse architecturale, historique et géographique de notre pays hôte. Ce mariage éphémère de la vieille soupape et de la gracieuse soupente laissera, j en suis convaincu, de mémorables souvenirs. Et les aventures gastronomiques ne devraient pas être en reste... Cette importante manifestation touristique marque une nouvelle fois le caractère profondément culturel, aujourd hui largement reconnu, de l automobile ancienne et ne pourra que faire progresser la FIVA dans sa quête permanente de reconnaissance en tant qu organisation mondiale pour la protection, la préservation et la promotion de ces biens culturels majeurs, synonymes de liberté et porteurs de tant d innovations industrielles et esthétiques majeures... Ce périple au merveilleux pays de Guillaume Tell constituera un bien agréable lever de rideau aux célébrations des 50 ans de la FIVA, en Mon épouse et moi-même vous souhaitons à tous un très agréable voyage, à votre rythme, au milieu des superbes paysages et des impressionnants sommets de notre Suisse préférée. The organisation of the 2015 FIVA World Rally, which takes place in, has been delegated to a Committee led by the experienced Neuchatel Classic Club. The courageous team, only composed of hard-working volonteers, succeeded to provide a very interesting programme, mixing skillfully the automobile heritage of several nations with the great architectural, geographic and cultural diversity of our host nation. This event will undoubtedly provide wonderful souvenirs and gastronomic discoveries. Such an important touristic event demonstrates once more the deep cultural dimension of historic vehicles. This is recognised by public authorities from a growing number of countries and by the European Union. The World FIVA Rally is aligned with the efforts of FIVA to be recognised as the global organisation for the protection, preservation and promotion of cultural artefacts with their contributions to individual mobility and major technical innovations. This discovery of William Tell s nation will also constitute a brilliant introduction to the FIVA 50 programme celabrating in 2016 the fiftieth anniversary of our world federation. Les membres du Comité ont préparé un programme léger en kilomètres et comportant de nombreuses visites, avec l espoir de séduire les épouses et navigatrices par le côté culturel de ce rallye. Il ne s agira pas de franchir cols et vallées sans s arrêter, et d arriver fourbus le soir à destination, mais de donner «du temps au temps» comme le disait un président français. Au long de cette semaine, vous changerez trois fois, voire 4 fois, de langue ; vous achèterez vos cartes postales en allemand, les payerez en italien et direz merci en français. Vous passerez de la culture du Nord, et ses habitants sérieux, peu bavards mais dévoués, à l exubérance tessinoise (italienne), puis au bon parlé français. La cuisine aussi sera si différente au cours du voyage. Mais assez parlé, laissez- vous séduire, faites confiance au Comité et à ses membres qui depuis 2013 travaillent chaque jour à la réussite de cet évènement. The Organising Committee of the FIVA World Rally is looking forward to receive participants from all countries in the hope of offering you all an excellent and unusual week in. The Committee members have prepared a program light in kilometres, numerous cultural sites and visits, which, should also be attractive for the ladies. It is not just a question of driving up and down passes without stopping, arriving tired out in the evening, but to give Time to Time as once said a famous french président. During this week, you will change languages and culture three times. First of all the quiet bumbling efficiency of the North, secondly the italian exuberance in the South (Ticino) then, the good «parlé français«in Neuchâtel and back to the mountain area of the Berneese Alps in Central. The above means you will probably buy your postcards in Swiss german, pay for your stamps in Italian and post them in a french speaking post office!!! The cuisine too, will be different throughout the trip as each area has its specialities. The Committee has been working on this project since 2013 and hope enough has been said for you to want to come and join us for this event. Die Organisatoren des FIVA Weltrallies freuen sich sehr, alle interessierten Teilnehmer aus verschiedenen Ländern am attraktiven und aussergewöhnlichen Anlass in der Schweiz willkommen heissen zu dürfen. Relativ leichte Tagesprogramme, keine Regelmässigkeitsprüfungen, dafür mit genug Zeit für Zwischenhalte mit Besichtigungen und kulturellen Begegnungen, sollen Fahrer/innen und Beifahrer/ innen interessante Abwechslungen bieten. Dreimaliger Sprachen- und Kulturwechsel bilden eine zusätzliche Attraktion, dies könnte bedeuten auf Schweizer-Deutsch eine Postkarte zu kaufen, auf Italienisch die Postmarke zu erstehen und beim französisch-sprachigen Postbüro einzuwerfen. Auch der regionalen Vielfalt kulinarischer Spezialitäten wird Rechnung getragen. 20 36 37 RÈGLEMENT ORGANISATION Le Neuchâtel Classic avec l aide d un comité formé des membres des clubs suisses organise une manifestation touristique pour véhicules anciens selon le Code FIVA intitulée: FIVA World Rally Cette manifestation est enregistrée sous le numéro FIVA WR1/2015. La manifestation aura lieu du 27 juin au 4 juillet 2015 DESCRIPTION DE LA MANIFESTATION Le FIVA World Rally 2015 est une manifestation internationale touristique se déroulant sur la voie publique selon le code FIVA pour les événements internationaux. Les distances journalières varieront de 150 km à 300 km selon les routes à parcourir. Aucune moyenne horaire ne sera imposée. ADMISSION Les pilotes admis à la manifestation sont toutes des personnes majeures qui sont titulaires et porteurs d un permis de conduire valable. ADMISSION DES VÉHICULES Le nombre de véhicules admis à prendre le départ est de 50 pour autant qu ils soient autorisés à circuler et qu ils soient pourvus d une carte d identité internationale FIVA, ou d un passeport d un club affilié à la FIVA (voir Uniquement les voitures d époque des catégories FIVA A à F construites avant la fin de l année 1972 et pesant moins de 3.5 tonnes seront acceptées. Après confirmation, aucun changement de véhicule ne sera admis. L organisateur se réserve le droit de refuser l inscription d un véhicule sans en donner la raison. Si la candidature n est pas retenue, les frais de participation perçus seront remboursés intégralement. PARTICIPATION Toute personne qui désire prendre part à la manifestation est invitée à renvoyer la demande de participation jointe au présent règlement accompagnée d une photocopie recto verso de la Fiche d Identification du véhicule.( ID card ) et une photo du véhicule. Uniquement les demandes d engagement dont le payement entier a été reçu seront prises en considération. Pour un équipage de deux personnes en chambre double les droits d engagement comprennent au moins: L assurance obligatoire spécial «évènement», un road book, une plaque de rallye de l évènement, un service de dépannage professionnel, 7 nuits: hôtels de 1ère catégorie 4* et 5* en demi-pension (dîner du soir inclus). Départ de la 1ère voiture : sera déterminé la veille lors du briefing en fonction des conditions météorologiques. REMBOURSEMENT La participation aux frais sera remboursée à concurrence de 80 % des droits perçus si le concurrent se désiste par écrit en courrier recommandé avant le 30 mars 2015 et à concurrence de 30% pour un désistement reçu avant le 30 avril Après cette date plus aucun remboursement ne sera effectué. Néanmoins les cas particuliers pourront être examinés par le comité organisateur. RÈGLES DE CIRCULATION Les participants ont l obligation de se conformer au code de la route. Conduite dangereuse, non respect du code ou comportement non sportif, mene a l exclusion de l equipe. Toutes instructions des officiels identifié, doivent etre suivi! RESPONSABILITE Les organisateurs declinent expressement toute responsabilite envers les vehicules, les tierces personnes, les participents, leurs accompagnateurs et les detenteurs des vehicules, avant, pendant et apres l evenement. Le comite d organisation se reserve le droit de modifier le present reglement, et de repousser ou annuler tout pour des raisons de securite ou de force majeure. INTERPRÉTATION. Le contrôle des documents se fera au secrétariat de l organisateur au Swissôtel Le Plaza à Bâle le samedi 27 juin de 14h00 à 18h00, voire plus tard si arrivée tardive d un participant. L équipage devra signer un document type abandon de recours. Le pilote et le navigateur devront être en possession de leur carte d identité ou de leur passeport, d une attestation légalisée autorisant l utilisation du véhicule si le pilote ou le copilote n est pas propriétaire du véhicule engagé. RÉCLAMATIONS ET APPELS Seuls les réclamations écrites individuelles, et remises au responsable relations participants, dans la demie heure de l arrivée de l équipage, seront pris en considération. Il est toujours possible de faire appel de la décision du comité organisateur auprès de l observateur FIVA, dont la décision est définitive et irrévocable. FOR JURIDIQUE ET DROIT APPLICABLE Le droit suisse est applicable. Les courts compétentes du canton de Neuchâtel sont abilitées, à l exclusion de toute autre juridiction, à se saisir de tous litiges liés, de façon directe ou indirecte, à l organisation et ou la participation à la manifestation.

21 38 39 Regulations ORGANISATION FIVA World Rally 2015, from june 27th to july 4th realised by the organising committee together with member organiser Neuchatel classic, mandated by the swiss FIVA representatives. The rally is a touristic event with no regularities, internationally published in accordance with actual FIVA licence number WR1/2015. Upon submitting an application, each participant agrees to comply with the following rules. EVENT REGULATIONS All kinds of classic motor cars manufactured until 1972 are eligible to participate, provided they meet with the requirements of FIVA events and technical code. Maximum 50 cars will be accepted. The final selection will be made according to automobile historic criteria aiming at a wide variety of brands and models, as well as to the receiving order of the entries. Subscribing participants confirms the following: holder of a valid international FIVA Identity card or a national pass from a FIVA affiliated club, holder of a valid driving license for all driving participants (pilot/copilot), holder of a valid travel document for each participant (passport or ID card) Appropriate and valid registration of the vehicle for swiss roads, third party insurance valid for, autorisation by the owner to drive the car if not in possession of one of the participant, in the car a security-jacket and breakdown triangle VEHICLES CATEGORIES FIVA categories: A to F GENERAL PROVISIONS Advertising material of any kind not belonging to this particular event is not permitted, on any car. BEHAVIOUR BEHIND THE WHEEL All participants must comply with the national road traffic act under all circumstances. The particpants drive at their own risk and assume full responsibility for the roadworthiness of their vehicle. Negligence or lack of sportmanship may result in an immediate disqualification of the participant. Instructions from clearly identified officials are to be followed unconditionally. PROTEST Protest can only be accepted if submitted in writing and in accordance with the FIVA protest rules. Briefing: Daily pilote/co-pilote briefing before diner, including departure time of 1st car. Daily program as per roadbook instructions (between 150 km to max 300 km per day) on open traffic roads. REIMBOURSMENT 80% of the paid amount, if cancelled in writing by registered mail before march 30th 2015, 30% of the paid amount if cancelled before april 30th After this date no reimboursement is possible (except special decision by the committee) The organiser reserve the right to refuse any application without giving reasons, in this case the full amount will be reemboursed. DISCLAIMER The organizer accepts no responsibility for personal injury, damage, loss of property, or any other assets, suffered by the participants or third parties prior to, during or after the event. All entrants participate in the event on their own risk. They wave any possible right of action and recourse against the organizers as well as their officials and helpers. By susbmitting the entry form, the participants unconditionally accept the regulations of this event as legally binding. Force majeur and official impositions generally release the organizer from his obligations. The organizer subscribe to an organizer s third party insurance. Damage to any car or personal injuries are not insured by the organisers. Legal action for any claims is in Neuchatel / The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event for cohersitive reasons or to modify the route and/or the schedule.

ALLGEMEINE BESTIMMUNGEN Jegliche Werbung am Fz ist verboten, ausgenommen diejenige vom Veranstalter abgegebene und genehmigte. Mit der Anmeldung bestätigen die Teilnehmer: Den Besitz einer FIVA-Id-card oder eines nationalen Fahrzeugpasses eines der Fiva angeschlossenen Clubs, als Fahrer im Besitz eines gültigen Führerausweises zu sein, im Besitz eines gültigen Reisedokumentes zu sein (Reisepass oder Personalausweis), dass ihr Fahrzeug über eine für die Schweiz gültige Strassenzulassung verfügt, Normal Large Extra-Large über eine gültige Haftpflichtversicherung zu verfügen (evtl grüne Versicherungskarte) Über eine schriftliche, benützungsberechtigung zum Fahrzeug zu verfügen sofern der Besitzer nicht mitfährt, im Fahrzeug eine Reiseapotheke, Sicherheitswesten und ein Pannen-Dreieck mitzuführen. Achtung: Die Strecke beinhaltet diverse anspruchsvolle Passfahrten (bis 2500m). Nach Eingang der Nennungsbestätigung ist kein Fahrzeug-Tausch mehr zulässig. FAHRPLAN Administratives: Sämtliche Dokumente und Unterlagen werden vom Veranstalter bei der Ankunft in der Messe Basel oder im Swissôtel Le Plaza Basel am Samstag den 27. Juni 2015 zwischen 14h und 18h abgegeben. Briefing: Die täglichen Teilnehmerinformationen mit den Startzeiten des folgenden Tages finden jeweils vor dem Abendessen statt. Das Tagesprogramm mit Strecken von km pro Tag auf öffentlichen Strassen finden sich im Roadbook. FAHRVERHALTEN Die gültigen Strassenverkehrsregeln und Gesetze sind von allen Teilnehmern unbedingt einzuhalten. Die Teilnehmer fahren auf eigenes Risiko und Gefahr und sind für die Verkehrssicherheit ihres Fz selbst verantwortlich. Jeder Fall von Fahrlässigkeit oder unsportlichem Verhalten kann sofort zum Ausschluss führen. Weisungen von Veranstaltungsfunktionären ist in jedem falle Folge zu leisten. INBEGRIFFENE LEISTUNGEN Programmheft mit Roadbook-set, Rallye-schilder und Geschenke, 7 Übernachtungen inkl. Frühstück in 1. Klasse-Hotels 4* oder 5*, Swissôtel Le Plaza Basel, Seehotel Waldstätterhof Brunnen, Villa Sassa Lugano, Palace Hotel Gstaad. Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko und Gefahr. Die Teilnehmer verzichten bei entstandenen Schäden ausdrücklich auf das Recht des Vorgehens und Rückgriffs gegen den Veranstalter, sowie dessen Funktionäre und Helfer. Mit Abgabe der Nennung erkennen die Teilnehmer sämtliche in diesem Reglement aufgeführten Bestimmungen rechtlich an. Höhere Gewalt sowie behördliche Auflagen entbinden den Veranstalter grundsätzlich von der Einhaltung seiner Verflichtungen. Schadenersatzpflichten entstehen nicht, Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit ausgenommen. Der Veranstalter schliesst eine Veranstalter-Haftpflichtversicherung ab, Schäden an Fahrzeugen sind nicht versichert. PROTESTE Einsprüche gegen Entscheidungen des Veranstalters werden nur akzeptiert wenn diese gemäss FIVA Protestregeln schriftlich beim Veranstalter eingereicht wurden.
