2 AD2 LFLC ADC 02 AIP 22 AUG 13 FRANCE CONSIGNES Instructions CLERMONT FERRAND AUVERGNE CONSIGNES PARTICULIERES RELATIVES AUX PROCEDURES D ARRIVEE Special instructions for arrival procedures 1 ALTITUDES MINIMALES DE SECURITE RADAR Les altitudes minimales de sécurité radar des différentes parties des espaces de CLERMONT FERRAND sont publiées en AD2 LFLC AMSR. 2 ENTRAINEMENTS 2.1 IFR Entraînements interdits tous les jours de 2100 à 0600 (HIV + 1 HR). En dehors de ces périodes, entraînements IFR soumis à l autorisation préalable des services ATS. 2.2 Approche de précision CAT II et CAT III L entraînement est soumis à l autorisation préalable des services ATS. 3 CISAILLEMENTS Par fort vent de secteur sud : cisaillements et fortes turbulences en finale 26 et sur la piste dus à la présence de hangars et de collines au Sud de la plate forme. 4 RESTRICTIONS D EXPLOITATION VISANT A L ATTENUATION DES NUISANCES PHONIQUES Pour l exécution d approche à vue sur l AD, les aéronefs doivent : - QFU 082 : effectuer un tour de piste standard en respectant les contraintes publiées à la carte AD2 LFLC ATT 01 ATTERRISSAGE A VUE. - QFU 262 : rejoindre l axe de piste au plus tard à 4 NM du VOR/DME CFA. 5 SERVICES ASSISTANCES Contact obligatoire pour les vols commerciaux sur FREQ OPS MHZ, 15 MIN avant l arrivée. 1 MINIMUM RADAR SAFETY ALTITUDES Minimum radar safety altitudes in the various sections of CLERMONT FERRAND airspaces are described in AD2 LFLC AMSR. 2 TRAINING 2.1 IFR Training flights forbidden every day from 2100 to 0600 (WIN + 1 HR). Besides those periods, IFR training flights are subject to clearance from ATS. 2.2 CAT II - CAT III precision approach Training is subject to clearance from ATS. 3 WIND SHEAR By heavy south wind: wind shears and heavy turbulence on final 26 due to hangars and hills located at the South of the aerodrome. 4 RESTRICTIONS OF OPERATIONS IN ORDER TO REDUCE NOISE POLLUTION For visual approach execution on AD, ACFT have to: - QFU 082 : do a standard traffic pattern, respecting the constraints published in AD2 LFLC ATT 01 VISUAL LANDING chart. - QFU 262 : join the RWY axis at the latest at 4 NM from VOR/DME CFA. 5 HANDLING SERVICES Mandatory contact for commercial flights on OPS FREQ MHZ, 15 MIN before arrival. Le contrôle n informe les usagers que sur les autres aéronefs en mouvement en contact sur la fréquence SOL. Le pilote assure sa sécurité à l aide de cette information. Les véhicules en mouvement au sol sont conduits par des personnes habilitées, surveillant leur environnement. Parkings MIKE, VICTOR Aires de stationnement de courte durée réservées aux aéronefs légers. Le stationnement est laissé au choix du pilote. Seule l information sur les aéronefs en mouvement, en contact sur la fréquence SOL, peut être fournie par le service du contrôle. Parking ECHO Aire de stationnement privative réservée à l A.I.A. de Clermont-Ferrand. Seule l information sur les aéronefs en mouvement, en contact sur la Fréquence SOL, peut être fournie par le service du contrôle. ALPHA, SIERRA, PAPA, and INDIA parking areas Aircraft stands provided by the AD operator relayed by ATC. The latter informs users only of other aircraft manœuvring, which are in contact on ground frequency. With this information, the pilot is responsible for his own safety. The vehicles moving on the ground are being driven by authorized persons, who are keeping a look out. MIKE, VICTOR parking areas Short duration parking areas reserved for light aircraft. The choice of parking is left to the pilot. Only information about traffic on movement, known on ground frequency, can be supplied by ATC.
