4 Historique Les 5Qs de la SAGI: Qui: SAGI est pour tout Camerounais aux Etats Unis Quoi: Solidarité Agissante Pour Quoi: pour faciliter le rapatriement des compatriotes qui arriveraient à décéder aux Etats Unis. (Mission) Quand: La SAGI a vu le jour Le 09 Août, 2009 Ou et est-ce Que cela a eu lieu: Washington DC Objectif: L objectif de la SAGI est de réunir tous les Camerounais regroupés au sein de nos différentes associations existantes aux USA dans un fichier informatique sans distinction de sexe, de tribu ou de religion. 14 Suggestions Cout: We understand that all the work you do for SAGI is benevolent, but there are certainly certain costs such as those associated with hosting a website or you traveling to meet local associations across the country. 15 Questions (1 of 3) Transfere: During the course of the year, Binam AZ had new members, who are matriculated with SAGI through another association. What is the general procedure to follow if they want their matriculation to be through Binam AZ? ~ Binam AZ Double Matricule: We have realized that members have duplicated registration through 2 different associations. (a) what is the procedure to cancel one of the registrations without completely loosing the SAGI membership? (b) Is it possible for SAGI to collect additional information such as date of birth to help reduce some of the duplicated registration. ~ Binam AZ Dec 6, 2014 SAGI General Assembly 15

16 Questions (2 of 3) La durée du temps de traitement de nouvelles associations et des ajouts: We have realized that it usually takes 3 to 6 months to process new applications. Could you please explain the reasons behind those long lead times? Is there anything the delegates or local associations could do to help you shorten the processing time? ~ Binam AZ Gestion de l'information de membre: We have observed that all member information is recorded in excel spreadsheet or word documents. With the advancement in information technology, we probably have many members, who are savvy in database management. Have you thought about creating a secured database still managed by you, but with the capability for delegates to update their membership information directly online? 19 Changement a Venir Amandement du Reglement Interieur Les changements qui prennent effet dès le premier Janvier 2015 dans notre Règlement Intérieur, découlant des suggestions faites avant et pendant l Assemblée Générale, et tenant compte des réalités et des besoins grandissants de la SAGI : Frais d'administration $1,00 par membre / mois soit $ 12,00 / an (tous les membres). Ces frais sont payables tous les 25 du Mois de Janvier. Frais d immatriculation à la SAGI $20 par membre Seulement les nouveaux à venir a compter de Janvier Payable une fois avant immatriculation. 20 Changement a Venir Amandement du Reglement Interieur Nombre minimum de personnes requis pour l enregistrement d une association. 25 Membres (nouvelles associations uniquement) Des finances Toutes les contributions se feront par dépôt bancaire dans les comptes de la SAGI ou bien Sur le site web de la SAGI par carte de crédit ou bancaire, ou Paypal moyennant un taux fixe $10 (pour couvrir les frais de transfert) Un compte bancaire supplémentaire sera ouvert (Wells Fargo) Dec 6, 2014 SAGI General Assembly 20
