1 FAUTL 2012/ semestre Curso e turma : 4E Nome do aluno : Mathilde CHOLBI Nùmero mecanografico : Modelação Tridimensional Exercício n 2 Relatório 1-Introdução Dans cet exercice on nous demandait de reproduire un chapiteau de colonne antique ainsi qu une fontaine antique grâce au logiciel rhino3d. Nous devions reconnaitre des géométries structurelles de formes tridimenssionnelles. Nous devions analyser les images pour en créer une 3D. Nous devions nous exercer sur le flux de modelisation entre le 2D et le 3D. Reconnaitre et appliquer les modes de génération de superficies et de lignes. In this exercice, we are asked to reproduct an antique capital and a fountain thanks to rhino 3D programme. The first step was to recognize structural geometry of three-dimensional forms. We had to analyze pictures to create a 3D. Work on the modelisation between 2D and 3D. Recognize and apply the generation mode of areas and lines.

2 2- Desenvolvimento A- Images et documents du Capitel e Fontana Nous devons trouver des informations et des images pour pouvoir créer le chapiteau et la fontaine car malgrè les fichiers zip fournis il est toujours préférable d avoir un maximum d informations. Grace à des documents personnelles ainsi que ceux fournis par le professeur, nous avons pu accumuler un certain nombre de données. We had to found informations and pictures to be abble to create the capital and the fountain because in spite of the zip files done, it s always better to have a maximum of informations. Thanks to personals documents and the teacher documents, we could accumulate a number of datas.

4 B- Desenho em 2D CHAPITEAU / CAPITEL Pour les dessins 2D nous devions d abord tracer les cercles (1a) qui nous permettront de tracer le profil du chapiteau (1b). Ensuite grâce à ce profil nous pouvons tracer le profil de la colonne (2). Puis grâce à un tracés de cercles (3a) nous pouvons tracer le profil de la volute (3b). La dernière étape était de dessiner le profil des feuilles (4). For the 2D drawings we had to draw cercles (1a) which will allow us to draw the capital profil (1b). Then thanks to this profil we can draw the column profil (2). Then thanks to cercles (3a) of construction we can draw the volute profil (3b). The last step was drawing the leaves profil (4). 5 (3b) (4) FONTAINE / FONTANA Pour les dessins 2D de la fontaine, nous reprenons le même système que pour la colonne. Sauf que la fontaine présente deux profils différents. On a d abors coupé en plan la fontaine en 1/4 puis dessiné les deux profils avec le contexte. For the 2D drawings of the fountain, we did the same system like the column. But the fountain presents two differents profils. We started cuting the plan in 4 then we draw the two differents profils with the context. (5) (5)

6 C- Modelação 3D CHAPITEAU / CAPITEL + FONTAINE / FONTANA Maintenant que nous avons dessiné les deux projets en 2D il faut les mettre en 3D. En changeant le CPlane et après des rotations ainsi que des projections nous avons pu mettre en 3D les lignes tracées en 2D. En 3D nous travaillons seulement sur 1/4 de la colonne et de la fontaine car grâce à l option Mirror il nous suffira par la suite de faire des symétries et des rotations pour créer l ensemble de la colonne ou de la fontaine. Pour monter la fontaine en 3D il aura suffit de relier les deux profils grâce à des rails relier par la suite grâce à l option Sweep 2. Now that we had draw the two projects in 2D we have to put those in 3D. Changing the CPlane and after rotations and projections we can do the 3D thanks to the lines from 2D. In 3D we worked just on 1/4 of the column or the fountain because after thanks to the option Mirror, we just need to do some symetries and copy by rotation to get the all fountain and column. For the fountain we just needed to link the two differents profils thanks to rails link after by the option Sweep 2. CHAPITEAU / CAPITEL (8)

12 D- Projecções 2D Maintenant nous devons produire élèvations des produits 3D ainsi qu une axonométrie. Now we have to product elevations from the 3D products and one axonometry. CHAPITEAU / CAPITEL (16a) (15a) (15b)

14 3. Conclusão En ce qui concerne la colonne, j ai passé beaucoup de temps à tracer la volute puis à la mettre en 3D. Les différents raccords sur différents plans m ont fait prendre conscience de la complexité d une colonne datant de l Antiquité. La fontaine fut plus simple à réaliser les différents rails se reliant facilement grâce à l outils Sweep2, le plus long fut le dessin des différents profils. La difficulté de cet exercice que ce soit pour la fontaine ou la colonne, fut de reproduire un élèment existant sans documents dwg par exemple avec lesquels nous avons l habitude d utiliser comme base. La nécessité de comprendre les proportions, les différents rapports d une colonne ou d une fontaine sont très importants pour pouvoir les dessiner. C est ce qui m a pris le plus de temps. About the column, i passed a long time drawing the volute then put it in 3D. The differents connexions in differents plans, was intersting because i understood the complexity of an Antique column. The fountain was more easy to do. The differents rails were connected easily thanks to Sweep2. The longest thing was drawing the differents profils. The difficulty in this exercise, for the column or the fountain, was doing an existant element whithout the documents we are used to use, dwg for example. The necessity to understand the differents proportions, differents reports of a column or a fountain was very important to draw those after. It was that which take me the most of time.
