Nos soins sont uniquement disponibles sur rendez-vous, en appelant le 9 pour les clients de l hôtel ou le ou par à spa@hoteldelacite.com. VOTRE ARRIVEE AU SPA Afin de profiter pleinement du Spa, nous vous recommandons d arriver 15 à 20 minutes avant le début de votre soin. SAUNA ET HAMMAM Le port d un maillot de bain est obligatoire dans les installations du Spa. Les mineurs de moins de 16 ans ne sont pas admis dans ces installations. Les mineurs doivent être accompagnés d un adulte responsable. Les installations sont réservées aux personnes en bonne condition physique, et ne présentant pas d insuffisance cardiaque, problèmes respiratoires ou autres. De ce fait, la direction décline toute responsabilité en cas de non-respect de ces consignes. POLITIQUE D ANNULATION Toute annulation ou report de rendez-vous qui ne sera pas signalé 24 heures à l avance, fera l objet d une facturation de la totalité du prix du soin réservé. AGE REQUIS Pour des raisons de sécurité les enfants et les adolescents de moins de 16 ans ne sont pas autorisés dans le Spa. Cependant ils sont autorisés à recevoir des soins sous réserve d être accompagnés d un de leur responsable légal. YOUR ARRIVAL TO THE SPA To take full advantage of the Spa, we recommend you to arrive 15 in 20 minutes before the beginning of your care. POLITICS OF CANCELLATION Any cancellation or adjournment of appointment which will not be indicated 24 hours in advance, will be the object of an invoicing of all of the price of the reserved care. REQUIRED AGE For safety reasons the children and the teenagers under 16 years old are not authorized in the Spa. However they are authorized to receive care provide if they are accompanied with one of their legal parent.
