2 IT SEPARATORE AUTOMATICO DI BATTERIE «CSB96-P» PER FRIGO TRIVALENTE CON SISTEMA DI CARICA B FUNZIONI Il separatore CSB96-P è stato studiato appositamente per la ricarica della batteria motore (B) e della batteria serivizi (B) tramite l alternatore del motore, carica batterie e pannello solare. CON MOTORE IN MOTO Un dispositivo elettronico comandato dal + chiave avviamento motore, inserisce il parallelo batterie con tensione batteria motore > di V e lo disinserisce con chiave avviamento spenta o con tensione B < di V. Con un ritardo di circa 0 secondi si inserisce anche l'alimentazione del frigo trivalente V. Attenzione: il frigo trivalente viene alimentato a V solo con motore in moto. CON CARICA BATTERIE E PANNELLO SOLARE Un dispositivo elettronico consente una ricarica ( corrente nominale A) della batteria motore (B), il sistema provvede a dare priorità di carica alla batteria servizi (B). NB: Questo dispositivo mantiene continuamente il collegamento tra la batteria servizi (B) e la batteria motore (B). Nel caso venisse scollegata la batteria motore, si consiglia di staccare anche la batteria servizi (B) per evitare una falsa indicazione di presenza batteria motore. CARATTERISTICHE Tensione di alimentazione: Vdc Relè di parallelo: max 50A Fusibili: utenze 0A, frigo 0A, aux 0A. Il separatore è adatto per il collegamento di due batterie V con capacità max 50Ah (vedi scheda di collegamento a pagina 0). FUSIBILI DI PROTEZIONE ) Fusibile 0A per l'alimentazione del frigo a V trivalente. Il frigo trivalente si spegne automaticamente con il motore fermo. AUTOMATISCHES - TRENNGERÄT Mod. CSB96-P ) Fusibile 0A per l'alimentazione dell uscita ausiliare "AUX" (gradino, antifurto, ecc.), collegata direttamente alla batteria motore (B ). ) Fusibile 0A per l'alimentazione dell uscita V generale luci, collegata direttamente alla batteria servizi (B). 4 EN FUNCTIONS The CSB96-P battery separator is designed for the charge of the car battery (B) and leisure battery (B) through engine alternator, battery charger and solar panel. WITH RUNNING ENGINE An electronic device controlled by the ignition switches on the batteries parallel when the car battery voltage is over V and switches it off when engine is off or B voltage is lower than V. The -way fridge V power supply is activated with a delay of approx. 0 seconds. Important: The -way fridge gets V power supply only when the engine is running. WITH BATTERY CHARGER AND SOLAR PANEL An electronic device allows a recharging (nominal current A) of the car battery (B). The system gives priority to the leisure battery (B). NB: This electronic device keeps continuously the connection between the leisure battery (B) and the car battery (B). If the car battery (B) is disconnected, then it is advised to disconnect also the leisure battery (B), in order to avoid a false reading of the car battery. TECHNICAL DATA Nominal voltage: Vdc Parallel relay: max 50A Fuses: users 0A, fridge 0A, aux 0A The battery separator is suitable for two V batteries with a maximum 50 Ah capacity (see " WIRING DIAGRAM " on page 0). PROTECTION FUSES AUTOMATISCHES - TRENNGERÄT Mod. CSB96-P ) 0A fuse for the -way fridge V power supply. The -way function fridge switches automatically off when the engine is off. ) 0A fuse for the auxiliary " AUX " output (step, burglar alarm etc.), directly connected to the car battery (B) ) 0A fuse to give power the V general lights output, directly connected to the leisure battery (B). 6 DE FUNKTIONEN Das Batterietrenngerät CSB96-P ist für die Wiederaufladung von Fahrzeug- und Verbraucherbatterie durch Lichtmaschine, Ladegerät und Solarzellen entwickelt worden. MIT MOTOR Eine elektronische Einrichtung, die über die Zündung gesteuert wird, schaltet den Batterieparallelbetrieb bei Fahrzeugbatterie-Spannung > V ein und schaltet ihn bei Zündung aus oder bei Spannung B < V ab. Ca. 0 Sekunden nach dem Anlassen des Motors und dem Parallelschalten startet die Versorgung des V- Absorberkühlschranks. Bemerkung: Der Absorberkühlschrank funktioniert mit V nur wenn der Motor an ist. MIT LADEGERÄT UND SOLARZELLEN Eine elektronische Einrichtung erlaubt eine Mitladung ( nennstrom A) der Fahrzeugbatterie (B). Das Sys- tem gibt aber Priorität der Verbraucherbatterie (B). NB: Diese Einrichtung erhält stets die Verbindung zwischen die Verbraucherbatterie (B) und die Fahrzeugbatterie (B). Wenn die Fahrzeugbatterie ausgeklemmt wird, sollte auch die Verbraucherbatterie ausgeklemmt werden, damit keine falsche Anzeige der Fahrzeugbatterie entsteht. TECHNISCHE DATEN Versorgungsspannung: Vdc Parallelrelais: Max 50A Sicherungen: Verbraucher 0A, Kühlschrank 0A, Aux 0A. Das Batterietrenngerät ist für den Einsatz von V-Batterien zu max. 50 Ah vorgesehen (sieh " WIRING DIAGRAM " auf S. 0). SICHERUNGEN ) 0A Sicherung für die V-Versorgung des Absorberkühlschranks. Bei ausgeschaltetem Motor geht der Absorberkühlschrank automatisch aus. AUTOMATISCHES - TRENNGERÄT Mod. CSB96-P ) 0A Sicherung für die Versorgung des AUX- Ausgangs (Trittstufe, Alarmanlage usw.), direkt an der Fahrzeugbatterie (B) angeschlossen. ) 0A Sicherung für die Versorgung des V Haupt- lichterausgang, direkt an der Verbraucherbatterie (B) angeschlossen. 8 FR FONCTIONS Le séparateur CSB96-P a justement été étudié pour la recharge de la batterie auto (B) et de la batterie services (B), par l intermédiaire de l alternateur moteur, du chargeur de batteries et du panneau solaire. AVEC MOTEUR EN MARCHE Après avoir allumé le moteur, un dispositif électroni- que commandé par l'après contact démarrage moteur, insère le parallèle entre les batteries lorsque la tension de la batterie moteur est > à V et il le désinsère avec la clef de démarrage éteint ou avec tension B < à V. L alimentation du frigo à absorption V se commute après environ 0 secondes de la mise en marche du moteur. Attention: le frigo à absorption fonctionne à V seulement avec le moteur en marche. AVEC RESEAU / PANNEAU SOLAIRE Un dispositif électronique permet à la batterie auto (B) de recevoir un courant de charge (courant nominal A). Le système donne à la batterie de service (B) la priorité de charge. NOTE: Ce dispositif maintient continuellement le branchement entre la batterie services (B) et la batterie auto (B). Dans le cas où la batterie auto viendrait débranchée, il est conseillé de débrancher aussi la batterie services (B) pour éviter une fausse indication de présence batterie auto. CARACTERISTIQUES Tension d alimentation: Vcc Le séparateur est adapté pour batteries V avec Relais du parallèle: max 50A capacité max 50 Ah (voir " WIRING DIAGRAM " à Fusibles: services 0A, frigo 0A, Aux 0A page 0). FUSIBLES DE PROTECTION ) Fusible 0A pour l alimentation du frigo à absorption. Le frigo s arrête automatiquement lorsque le moteur est à l arrêt. AUTOMATISCHES - TRENNGERÄT Mod.
