REGULAMENTO DO CONCURSO REGULATIONS OF THE CONTEST REGLEMENT DU CONCOURS A exposição está aberta a pintores de todos os países. A exposição é sobre pintura em porcelana. Todos os outros processos ou materiais serão estritamente rejeitados. Para participar na exposição e/ou no concurso, a inscrição prévia é necessária e torna-se definitiva após o pagamento. As peças devem ser de porcelana, assinadas, sem defeitos, com menos de cinco anos e que nunca participaram de outro concurso. O número máximo de peças é de três: uma para o concurso (Tema: Orquídeas da Tailândia) e duas para a exposição. Concurso profissional e amador. Os materiais de apresentação (suportes, mesas, etiquetas,...) devem ser fornecidos pelo expositor e devem estar rotulados com o seu nome. As peças devem ser entregues na Terçafeira 19 de Novembro de 2013 entre as 9:00 e as 17:00. Não serão aceites peças fora deste período. As peças serão devolvidas no Sábado, 23 de Novembro de 2013 entre as 13:00 e as 15:00. A colocação das peças em exposição é feita pelo expositor sob orientação da organização. A organização não assume qualquer responsabilidade por roubo, perdas e/ou quebras. Depois de entregues, as peças não podem ser retiradas nem movidas. A posição e lugar onde a peça ficará é de total responsabilidade da organização. Os materiais não retirados no final da exposição serão devolvidos. ao expositor, a espensas deste. Os participantes aceitam que as suas peças podem ser fotografadas pelo organizador e/ou o seu fotógrafo oficial e que essas fotos podem ser publicadas. Os participantes que desejarem vender as suas peças durante a exposição devem negociar diretamente com o comprador. A participação implica a aceitação de todas estas regras. The exhibition is open to painters of all countries. The exhibition is for painting on porcelain. All other processes will be strictly rejected. To participate to the exhibit and/or the competition, advance registration is required and will become final after payment. The exhibits must be made of porcelain, signed, not to be defective, be less than five years old and never participated to previous competition. The maximum number of exhibits is three: one for the contest (Theme: Orchids in Thailand) and two for the exhibition. Competition professional and amateur. The presentation equipment (supports, turntable, labels,...) is to be provided by the exhibitor and must be labelled with his name. The exhibits must be deposited Tuesday, November 19, 2013 from 9:00 to 17:00. No exhibits will be accepted outside these hours. The exhibits will be returned Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 13:00 to 15:00. The placement of the pieces on display is made by the exhibitor under the guidance of the organization. The organization assumes no liability for theft, loss and/or damages. The exhibits and accessories not removed at the end of the show will be returned to the exhibitor at his/her expenses. After delivery, the pieces cannot be removed or moved. The position and place where the piece will be are of the total responsibility of the organization The participants agree that their exhibits may be photographed by the organizer and/or his official photographer. They accept that these photos may be used at the organizer discretion. The participants wishing to sell their exhibits during the show Participants wishing to sell their pieces during exhibition will negotiate directly with the buyer. Participation implies the acceptance of all these rules. L'exposition est ouverte aux peintres de tous les pays. L'exposition concerne la peinture sur porcelaine. Les pièces seront restituées le samedi, 23 novembre, 2011 de 13:00 à 15:00. Le placement des pièces exposées est fait par l'exposant sous la direction de l'organisation. L organisation n'assume aucune responsabilité pour le vol, perte et/ou casse. Après la livraison des pièces celles-ci ne peuvent pas être enlevées ou déplacées. Leur position sera décidée uniquement par l'organisation. Les pièces et accessoires non retirés à la fin de l exposition seront retournées à l'exposant à la charge. Les participants acceptent que leurs pièces peuvent être photographiées par l'organisateur et/ou son photographe attitré. Ils acceptent que leurs photos peuvent être utilisées à la discrétion de l organisateur. Les participants qui souhaitent vendre leurs pièces pendant l'exposition devront négocier directement avec l'acheteur. La participation implique l'acceptation de toutes ces règles.
