Smart Ticketing & Transport During its 14 th edition, the Smart Ticketing & Transport international conference will cover such issues as interoperability, new payment channels, the business case for the credit cards used in transport, as well as the newer developments from cities interested in deploying a smart card scheme. The conference will also look back on currently operational schemes to draw from their experience and achievements. The other sessions will focus on new innovative services and the multi-application. Il doit simplement en informer l'organisateur. 14 - Si un délégué se trouve dans l'impossibilité d'assister à une Conférence et de se faire remplacer par une autre personne, il reçoit les présentations faites durant la Conférence. 15 - Toute inscription à une Conférence ne peut pas être reportée sur une autre Conférence. 16 - La Conférence se déroule, sauf avis contraire, en deux langues (français et anglais) avec traduction simultanée. 17 - L Organisateur s engage à ne pas divulguer ou vendre les informations relatives à un délégué. 1 - Registration for one of the Conferences organised by Groupe Actis implies acceptance of our Registration Conditions. 2 - The Organiser will confirm each registration request in writing and send an invoice for the registration fee. 3 - All registrations must be paid for before the first day of the Conference. 4 - All currency exchange or bank transfer costs concerning registration must be paid by the delegate. 5 - The registration fee covers entry to the Conference, the lunches, the coffee breaks and the Conference proceedings. 6 - Hotel costs are not included in the registration fee. 7 - Any delegate with special dietary needs must make them known to the Organiser at least one week before the date of the event. 8 - The Organiser reserves the right to change the programme and the Conference venue if this becomes necessary. 9 - Any cancellation must be in writing, and confirmed by the Organiser. 10 - For the cancellation of any registration more than 30 days before the date of the Conference, an administration charge of 10% of the cost of the registration fee will be levied. 11 - A 50% cancellation fee will be levied on any registration cancelled between 30 and 15 days preceding the date of the Conference. 12 - No reimbursement will be made for any registration cancelled within the 15 days preceding the date of the Conference. 13 - If a delegate is unable to attend a Conference, he may be represented by another person from his company by simply informing the Organiser. 14 - If a delegate is unable to attend a Conference, nor can he be represented by another person, he will receive the Conference proceedings. 15 - No inscription for one Conference may be transferred to another Conference. 16 - The Conference will be conducted (unless otherwise stated) in two languages (French and English) with simultaneous translation. 17 - The Organiser agrees not to divulge or sell any information relating to the delegate.
