MEET THE CAMPBELLS New friends EEObjectifs du chapitre Ce deuxième prologue permet aux élèves de découvrir la deuxième série de bases pour revenir au niveau A, mais aussi de découvrir les personnages récurrents du livre : la famille Campbell, d origine Irlandaise, on s en doute Les Campbell ne sont pas une famille typique : plutôt que la sacro-sainte famille de quatre, on a préféré montrer une mère célibataire vivant avec son père retraité et ses deux enfants. La famille voisine des Campbell est la famille Wood, avec le fils Mark Wood, le meilleur ami de Jenny au fil des pages. New friends Brighton est une jolie ville autrefois plébiscitée par l élite de la Belle Époque pour ses vacances balnéaires. On a choisi cette ville plutôt que Londres pour varier et donner l ambiance d une ville provinciale, très appréciée des touristes et qui gagne à être connue. On montre la carte et on explique où est Brighton aux élèves. Les exercices et en classe en binôme, et ensuite donner les suivants à faire à la maison.

STAGE - GETTING TO KNOW YOU Meet the others Vous allez fabriquer un passeport et apprendre à vous présenter EEObjectifs On va formaliser les expressions apprises dans le prologue précédent, notamment en apprenant la conjugaison des auxiliaires et du présent simple, ainsi que certaines formules utiles et figées qu on ne développera pas encore.
