2 Information sur le projet Titre: Code Projet: Nouveaux auteurs de projets pour la production des processus hautement ergonomique et sécuritaire LLP IT-LEONARDO-LMP Année: 2009 Type de Projet: Statut: Pays: Accroche marketing: Résumé: Développement d'innovation Clôturé EU-Projets centralisés Le projet Ergoman vise à créer une nouvelle profession "l auteur ergonomique de processus et stations de travail» et un nouveau modèle de formation pour être adoptée, ce qui aura un impact stratégique sur tous les concepteurs de produits industriels. Ergoman, grâce à une méthodologie et des compétences bien définies va produire un modèle de référence pour la formation de ce type de professionnels qui peuvent être utilisés par les centres ergonomiques, entreprises, universités et réseaux. Étant donné la nature interdisciplinaire de ce secteur, pour aider les gens dans leur développement personnel, la méthode pédagogique de ERGOMAN exploitera non seulement le contenu et les objectifs d'apprentissage utilisées pour définir les compétences, mais proposera des méthodes de formation (conseils d'experts au cours la période de formation), des outils (TIC assistée par l'apprentissage) et la fréquence (la plupart des participants viendra du monde du travail). Le projet intéresse les plus hautes systèmes éducatifs et industriels afin de répondre aux besoins réels du public cible et de construire une coopération solide entre eux. Des liens avec la SIE, le CREE seront développé. The human is central to process flexibility due to the ability to adapt to changing production scenario, equipment configurations, apply discretion and make choices difficult to program into equipment. But if there is a mismatch between the workload exposure and the person ability, repercussions can include reduced productivity, injury and quality problems. Continuous inflexibility production lines are more easily designed for optimal worker performance. High value added process in industry customises products and create highvalue low-volume intelligent solutions, and this needs flexibility. Thus, the challenge is to train students, post graduated and professionals with adaptive, quick-response, process ergonomics design and evaluation skills, for modern flexible manufacturing process to improve quality, productivity and health of the worker. This necessitates competence needs analysis and development of a responsive training model in ergonomic production processes design, in workplace ergonomics and safety optimisation. An iterative dissemination and quality loop will involve network creation for collaboration among professionals and centres of excellence. Description: Main steps and expected results of ERGOMAN project : - new profile definition and competence building for designer of ergonomic production processes and workplaces (ergo-designer); - educational model for training new ergodesigners ; - dedicated network among centres of excellence, educational structures and new ergodesigners; Envisaged impact: - Reduction in injuries to workers and compensation costs to companies - Reduced occupational health social welfare costs for EU states - Improved productivity and quality in workplaces and in production processes - Improved flexibility in accommodating new product design at short notice and process changeover costs - Higher quality and more innovative engineer problem solving skills - Increased implementation of knowledge competence roadmaps, safety legislation and standards into European workplaces. 10 Produit 'Needs evaluation' Nouveaux auteurs de projets pour la production des processus hautement Titre: Needs evaluation Type de Produit: Procédure pour l'analyse et le pronostic des besoins de la formation professionnelle Texte marketing: Identification of main needs of industry as for ergonomic design of workplaces and work environment of production processes. The needs analysis was carried out by the support of a methodology, developed for this purpose and applied to the big industry and SME, with direct investigations on designers, manager, professionals and students in 4 different countries. Description: Document reporting the results of the study carried out in order to define the real needs of a new profile of professionals in the field of ergonomics an safety design of workplaces and production processes in industry. The deliverable will contain also the procedure for the needs assessment and a clear identification of the balancing matrix about needs coming from different factors. Cible: The targets of this result are industries, organisations, universities and professionals working in the field of ergonomy. Résultat: The study was carried out through observation, interview and focus group as well as by questionnaire spread to the people working in the ergonomics field. The activity highlighted the needs about the people to which the educational model should be addressed (students, workers, managers,..). The deliverable with its results is published on the ERGOMAN we site.
