Mastering new technologies triggered a second leap forward for the SNEF Group, who then became a recognised figurehead in industrial processes, information networking and communication systems. EVOLUTION ÉVOLUTION Le Groupe SNEF doit son évolution à l'électricité, énergie qui apporte confort et progrès, tout en préservant l'environnement. La maîtrise des nouvelles technologies a permis un deuxième bond en avant, en faisant du Groupe SNEF un acteur reconnu dans les processus industriels, les réseaux informatiques et les systèmes de communications. La prochaine grande évolution viendra des services et de l international, secteurs en progression forte où le Groupe SNEF renforce ses positions. The next important development will be in the tertiary industry (public and private building sector) and through our international activity: two sectors that are quickly gaining ground in which the SNEF Group is asserting its position on the market. 3 L année 2005 aura été exceptionnelle. Nous y aurons fêté tout d abord le centième anniversaire de notre entreprise. A cette occasion nous avons pu mesurer la force des liens qui nous unissent à nos clients ainsi qu'aux régions où nous sommes implantés. Sur les 18 derniers mois, nous avons réussi des opérations de croissance externe avec notamment les projets Piolino et Préfelec ainsi que la prise de participation dans Amica, une des dernières LE MOT DU PRÉSIDENT entreprises indépendantes d'importance, bien connue en région parisienne. Nous nous sommes dotés de nouveaux outils de gestion avec comme objectif une rigueur encore plus grande. Enfin pour préparer l avenir, nous avons poursuivi le renforcement de notre structure dans toutes les régions et à l'international, ainsi qu'au niveau de la Direction Générale. Bien que centenaire, notre entreprise est aujourd'hui étonnamment jeune. Le formidable renouvellement des générations que nous sommes en train de vivre constitue un très grand défi. Notre indépendance est un atout très fort. Nous avons un bon métier, de très belles références et des clients nombreux et prestigieux, qui nous font confiance. Nous sommes bien positionnés sur le marché. L'avenir nous appartient donc will have been an exceptional year. We will have celebrated the one-hundredth birthday of our company. On this occasion we were able to gauge the strength of the ties that link us to our clients and to the regions in which we have established offices. Over the last 18 months, we have effectively managed several important external growth operations, notably the Piolino, Camom and Préfelec projects. Furthermore, we have become shareholders of AMICA, one of the last independent companies of importance that is well known in the Paris area. We have equipped ourselves with new administrative tools for even more precision. Finally, to prepare for the future, we have reinforced the structure of our group, in all the regions of France and internationally, as well as at the head office. THE CHAIRMAN S NOTE Even though our company is a hundred years old, today, it is surprisingly young. We are facing a tremendous challenge: the renewal of our workforce, the start of a new generation. Our independence is our strength. We have good trade, fine references and many prestigious clients who trust us. We are well positioned on the market. The future belongs to us.

8 Provence Alpes Côte d Azur Les RÉGIONS The REGIONS Signe fort de notre ancrage en province, notre siège social est à Marseille depuis la création de l entreprise en Nous sommes provençaux en Provence comme nous sommes bretons en Bretagne, parce que nous savons rester proches des hommes et du terrain. Grâce à nos 27 implantations qui couvrent de manière efficace Provence-Alpes-Côte d azur, région phare au sein du Groupe, la production est restée la plus élevée de France et concerne tous nos métiers. A testament to our stronghold in the provinces, our head office has remained in Marseilles since its creation in We are well rooted in each region because we know the importance of proximity for the people and to the land. The French Riviera and PACA region Dans le tertiaire, la grande distribution, comme ici l Hyper U de Mende, est un secteur en forte progression partout en Europe et notamment dans les pays de l Est. In the private and public building sector, large supermarkets, like this Hyper U in Mende, are popping up all over Europe and particularly in eastern European countries. Thanks to our 27 offices that efficiently cover the French Riviera and PACA region, production has remained the highest in this region and it involves all of our trades. This region acts as a beacon that guides our group.

9 1 En Provence-Alpes-Côte-d Azur, nous déclinons, entre autres, notre cœur de métier, le génie électrique, et tous ses métiers connexes dont la palette de spécialités très étendue nous amène à intervenir sur des sites variés pour des clients très différents. Un de nos atouts : la proximité. GÉNIE électrique 3 Nos activités dans l industrie sont importantes. (1- Total La Mède, boucle HP), (2 - Unité F111 Shell à Berre). 3/ Dans le nucléaire, de nouveaux investissements : chez notre client EDF, ou comme ici le nouveau réacteur R.E.S. au CEA de Cadarache. Le dynamisme du tertiaire se ressent par exemple dans la construction de maisons de retraite (4 - à Gémenos) et dans le secteur hospitalier (5 - Hôpital Ste Anne à Toulon). 4 2 In the PACA region we propose, among others, our initial trade, electrical engineering and all its related fields. Electrical ENGINEERING Our activity in this industry is vast. What can be more satisfying than being able to conquer new markets thanks to the mastery of these technological developments? 11 Ile-de-France Les RÉGIONS The REGIONS Bel exemple d évolution au sein du Groupe SNEF, la région Ile-de-France croît plus fortement que n importe quelle autre région. Elle est devenue son fer de lance dans le tertiaire. Le potentiel d activités y est évidement très élevé. Les compétences du groupe SNEF, au-delà des métiers traditionnels : génie électrique et climatique, englobent la téléphonie et les réseaux informatiques, la détection et la protection incendie, GTC et GTB ainsi que, pour les projets de rénovation, tous les métiers du second œuvre. La région emploie aujourd hui plus de 1600 personnes, chiffre qui a doublé en 4 années. A fine example of growth within the SNEF Group, the Île-de-France region has undergone an unparalleled expansion and has spearheaded the effort to break into the private/public building market. The potential in this sector of activity is unquestionably large. Telecommunications remains a very important area of activity for the SNEF Group, particularly in the Ile-de-France region. the SNEF Group s scope of activities also includes telephone and information networking, fire detection and protection, building automation as well as renovation projects for city infrastructures. Our personnel has doubled over the last four years in this region now reaching 1600 employees.

La nécessité de coordonner les différentes spécialités de ce secteur a entraîné le rattachement de notre filiale Doncque robotique à ce pôle de compétences. Notre atout : un grand savoir-faire. Specialized in robotics within the Group, our subsidiary company Firac has its head office at Poissy with secondary branches in Lyon, Monbéliard and Slovakia. Firac additionally practices instrumentation and manufactures test beds. 14 Les RÉGIONS The REGIONS Rhône-Alpes 2 eme région de France par la richesse de son tissu industriel, Rhône-Alpes a toujours représenté pour le Groupe SNEF une région à fort potentiel de développement. Nos efforts de conquête de nouveaux clients, suite au recul de certains secteurs comme la chimie, portent leurs fruits. Notre réflexion a été profitable puisque nos nouveaux contrats nous ont permis de dépasser nos prévisions. Une évolution reconnue par nos clients qui nous impliquent dans des projets de plus en plus globaux et techniques. L activité aéronautique: un véritable savoir-faire qui justifie la fidélité de nos clients : ici, St Exupéry à Lyon, mais aussi ADP, Aeronautics: an area of expertise that accounts for the loyalty of our clients: above, St. Exupéry in Lyon, but also the Paris airports The industrial fabric places this region at the forefront of the industry; the Alps and Rhone regions represent for the SNEF Group a wealth of possibilities for development. 16 La FORMATION Comment faire face aujourd hui aux évolutions techniques? Comment anticiper celles de demain? La formation est devenue le véritable enjeu qui doit apporter une réponse à un triple défi : changement de générations, développement de l activité, évolution des techniques. Le Groupe SNEF s investit dans la formation suivant 3 grands axes : compétences professionnelles, services et amélioration de l organisation. How can we face today s technical advancements? How can we prepare for those to come? Training is the answer we propose to reply to a threefold challenge: the new generation of personnel, the evolution of the business, and the development of new techniques. 17 Les RÉGIONS The REGIONS Normandie Une des caractéristiques de cette région est sa capacité à savoir s adapter aux impératifs toujours plus contraignants du secteur de l industrie. L acquisition à Cherbourg de SMI-BM nous apporte une compétence dans l ingénierie de la maintenance. En 2005, la Normandie a pénétré le marché du secteur tertaire. Dans ce secteur très sensible de la sécurité, le Groupe SNEF réalise, en qualité d intégrateur, des installations répondant aux impératifs des clients. Sans oublier notre client d origine, le secteur hospitalier, où nous avons toujours une grosse activité dans les génies électrique et climatique, l aéronautique représente une importante source de développement. Le Groupe SNEF a la responsabilité, par exemple, de la gestion technique centralisée de tous les bâtiments d Airbus Industrie. 23 Les RÉGIONS The REGIONS Bretagne - Pays de Loire / Centre Cette région reste le fleuron du Groupe pour son activité marine dans des villes comme Nantes, Lorient, Brest et cette activité s y développe à travers des partenariats forts avec les intervenants du secteur, tant dans le domaine militaire que civil. Cette région montre son dynamisme en se développant aussi à l intérieur des terres avec des implantations nouvelles à Rennes, mais aussi à Tours, Blois, Quimper This region remains the flagship of our Group for its maritime activity in cities such as Nantes, Lorient, and Brest. The business continues to develop through our partnerships with contributors in both military and civilian spheres. MAINTENANCE 3 4 Le terme générique de maintenance regroupe plusieurs activités : maintenance industrielle des outils de production, secteur dans lequel le Groupe a toujours été très présent, maintenance dans le secteur tertiaire qui peut comprendre des travaux de modification et faire appel à toutes les composantes des lots techniques. La maintenance multisites et multitechniques passe des grandes idées à la réalité du terrain. Aujourd hui, le Groupe SNEF a créé une cellule centrale pour gérer les contrats nationaux. Objectif fort pour 2006: continuer à améliorer la couverture du territoire dans ce domaine. 2 This general term encompasses several activities such as servicing industrial production tools (a sector in which the SNEF Group has always been very present) and maintenance in the public/private building sector. For the Mediterranean basin we reply through proximity, in Eastern Europe we answer by development, for the petroleum industry we respond by accompanying the client, demonstrating technical mastery and supplying communication systems. The SNEF Group has structured itself around two large international poles: Africa, more particularly Algeria, and Eastern Europe. 26 Les RÉGIONS The REGIONS Nord & Est Ouvertes sur l Europe du nord, nos régions Nord et Est, de Dunkerque à Mulhouse, poursuivent leur croissance. Elles favorisent ainsi l action du Groupe SNEF en Europe. La région Est a été fortement restructurée en 2005 avec comme résultat, aujourd hui, une équipe consolidée qui assure la pérennité de nos actions. La poursuite du développement du Groupe dans ces deux régions constitue l un de nos objectifs de développement géographique. Geographically open to Northern Europe, our North and East regions, from Dunkerque to Mulhouse, continue to flourish and so to contribute to the proliferation of the SNEF Group s activity in Europe. 29 SÉCURITÉ Comment améliorer le taux de fréquence des A.T. déjà bas? Les manuels d assurance sécurité/environnement, les qualifications demandées par nos clients ont contribué à sensibiliser le personnel et portent leurs fruits par une diminution significative des accidents du travail. Autre source de satisfaction : l amélioration très sensible du nombre d accidents de circulation automobile. How can we further diminish an already low accident rate? The safety and environmental insurance manuals that our clients call for have heightened our personnel s awareness and given proven results: a significant decrease in the number of work-related accidents. The impressive decline in automobile accidents is yet another source of satisfaction.
