Il est proposé d approuver le procès-verbal de la séance ordinaire du conseil de l arrondissement de Greenfield Park tenue le 22 août 2016 à 19 h 30 tel que soumis. It is moved to approve the minutes of the Greenfield Park Borough Council s regular meeting held on August 22, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. as submitted. GP ADOPTION DU RÈGLEMENT GP MODIFIANT LE RÈGLEMENT DE ZONAGE 728, AFIN D ABROGER LES NORMES CONCERNANT LES ÉCOSYSTÈMES D INTÉRÊT ADOPTION OF BY-LAW GP MODIFYING ZONING BY-LAW 728, IN ORDER TO ABROGATE THE STANDARDS CONCERNING THE INTEREST ECOSYSTEMS CONSIDÉRANT qu une copie de ce règlement a été remise à chacun des membres du conseil au plus tard quarante-huit heures avant la présente séance et que tous les membres du conseil présents déclarent l avoir lu et renoncent à sa lecture; CONSIDÉRANT que l objet du règlement et sa portée ont été mentionnés; Il est proposé d adopter le Règlement GP modifiant le Règlement de zonage 728, afin d abroger les normes concernant les écosystèmes d intérêt. WHEREAS a copy of this By-law has been distributed to each Borough Council member forty-eight hours before the present meeting and that they declared having read it and requested dispensation from the reading; WHEREAS the subject of the By-law and its scope have been mentioned; It is moved to adopt By-law GP modifying Zoning By-law 728, in order to abrogate the standards concerning the interest ecosystems. 53

Wade Wilson donne un avis de motion qu un règlement sera présenté pour modifier le Règlement de zonage 728 afin de modifier les normes concernant les portes de garage, les patios et les terrasses au sol. Mr. Wade Wilson gives a notice of motion that a By-law will be presented to modify Zoning By-law 728 in order to modify the standards concerning the garage doors, patios and ground terraces. GP ADOPTION DU PROJET DE RÈGLEMENT GP MODIFIANT LE RÈGLEMENT DE ZONAGE 728, AFIN DE MODIFIER LES NORMES CONCERNANT LES PORTES DE GARAGE, LES PATIOS ET LES TERRASSES AU SOL ADOPTION OF DRAFT BY-LAW GP MODIFYING ZONING BY- LAW 728, IN ORDER TO MODIFY THE STANDARDS CONCERNING THE GARAGE DOORS, PATIOS AND GROUND TERRACES R (SE ) Il est proposé : 1 d adopter le projet de Règlement GP modifiant le Règlement de zonage 728, afin de modifier les normes concernant les portes de garage, les patios et les terrasses au sol; 2 de déléguer à la greffière le pouvoir de fixer la date, l heure et le lieu de l assemblée publique de consultation. It is moved : 1 to adopt draft By-law GP modifying Zoning By-law 728, in order to modify the standards concerning the garage doors, patios and ground terraces; 2 to delegate the power to set the date, time and place of the Public Consultation Meeting to the Clerk. 54

4 GP OCTROI D UNE DÉROGATION MINEURE POUR PERMETTRE AU 268, BOULEVARD CHURCHILL, DES ESCALIERS EXTÉRIEURS SITUÉS À UN MINIMUM DE 0,40 MÈTRE DE LA LIMITE LATÉRALE DE PROPRIÉTÉ AU LIEU D UN MINIMUM DE 1 MÈTRE GRANT OF MINOR EXEMPTION TO ALLOW AT 268, CHURCHILL BOULEVARD, THE EXTERIOR STAIRCASES LOCATED AT A MINIMUM DISTANCE OF 0.40 METER FROM THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE INSTEAD OF THE MINIMUM DISTANCE OF 1 METER R (SE ) Il est proposé d octroyer une dérogation mineure au Règlement de zonage 728 pour permettre au 268, boulevard Churchill, des escaliers extérieurs situés à un minimum de 0,40 mètre de la limite latérale de propriété au lieu d un minimum de 1 mètre. It is moved to grant a minor exemption to Zoning By-law 728, to allow at 268, Churchill Boulevard, the exterior staircases located at a minimum distance of 0.40 meter from the side property line instead of the minimum distance of 1 meter. GP APPROBATION DU PLAN D IMPLANTATION ET D INTÉGRATION ARCHITECTURALE RELATIF À L AGRANDISSEMENT DE L AIRE DE STATIONNEMENT EN FAÇADE AVANT DU BÂTIMENT PRINCIPAL SITUÉ AU 481, RUE EMPIRE APPROVAL OF THE SITE PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURAL INTEGRATION PROGRAM REGARDING THE ENLARGEMENT OF THE PARKING AREA IN FRONT FACADE OF MAIN BUILDING LOCATED AT 481, EMPIRE STREET R (SE ) Il est proposé d approuver le plan d implantation et d intégration architecturale relatif à l agrandissement de l aire de stationnement en façade avant du bâtiment principal situé au 481, rue Empire, selon le rapport et les plans présentés au comité consultatif d urbanisme le 24 août 2016 et à la condition stipulée au sommaire exécutif SE It is moved to approve the Site Planning and Architectural Integration Program regarding the enlargement of the parking area in front facade of main building located at 481, Empire Street, as per the report and plans presented to the Planning Advisory Committee on August 24, 2016, and the condition stipulated in the executive summary SE

5 GP DÉSAPPROBATION DU PLAN D IMPLANTATION ET D INTÉGRATION ARCHITECTURALE RELATIF À UN AGRANDISSEMENT EN COURS AVANT DE L HABITATION UNIFAMILIALE SITUÉE AU 468, RUE DE VERCHÈRES REFUSAL OF THE SITE PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURAL INTEGRATION PROGRAM REGARDING AN ENLARGEMENT IN FRONT FACADE OF THE SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING LOCATED AT 468, DE VERCHÈRES STREET R (SE ) Il est proposé de désapprouver le plan d implantation et d intégration architecturale relatif à un agrandissement en cours avant de l habitation unifamiliale située au 468, rue de Verchères, tel que présenté au motif suivant : - la saillie proposée présente des dimensions trop importantes pour la façade du bâtiment. GP DÉSAPPROBATION DU PLAN D IMPLANTATION ET D INTÉGRATION ARCHITECTURALE RELATIF À LA RÉFECTION D UNE PARTIE DE LA FAÇADE AVANT DU BÂTIMENT PRINCIPAL SITUÉ AU 3386, BOULEVARD TASCHEREAU REFUSAL OF THE SITE PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURAL INTEGRATION PROGRAM REGARDING THE REPAIR A PART OF THE FRONT FACADE OF THE MAIN BUILDING LOCATED AT 3386, BOULEVARD TASCHEREAU R (SE ) Il est proposé de désapprouver le plan d implantation et d intégration architecturale relatif à la réfection d une partie de la façade avant du bâtiment principal situé au 3386, boulevard Taschereau, tel que présenté au motif suivant : - le plan d implantation et d intégration architecturale présenté ne respecte pas l uniformité architecturale du bâtiment (centre d achats). Sylvain Joly donne un avis de motion qu un règlement sera présenté pour modifier le Règlement GP refondant le Règlement sur les plans d implantation et d intégration architecturale et abrogeant le règlement numéro 696 et ses amendements, afin de soumettre tout ouvrage de construction ou d aménagement de terrain nécessitant la délivrance d un certificat d autorisation pour l abattage d un arbre de 30 cm et plus de diamètre à la procédure d un plan d implantation et d intégration architecturale (PIIA), et ce, sur l ensemble du territoire de l arrondissement. Mr. Sylvain Joly gives a notice of motion that a By-law will be presented to modify By-law GP reviewing the By-law on Site Planning and Architectural Integration Program and repealing By-law 696 and its amendments, in order to submit all construction work or land development requiring the issuance of a certificate of authorization for felling a tree of 30 cm or more in diameter to the procedure Site Planning and Architectural Integration Program procedure on the entire territory of the borough.
