The customer service centre is responsible for the order handling and customer service, as well as for customer deliveries and related logistics services. As a customer service employee, you will be responsible for your own set of customers and you will report to the team leader. Your tasks: Daily customer contact; commercial approach to maximize sales in close contact with the account management Receive, process, and confirm orders and delivery planning Delivery and stock follow-up Advise on paper choice and take care of sample requests Invoicing, and crediting Monitor customer sales plan, subquota, credit limits, overdue payments and take the needed action Maintain customer related system data and price agreements Communicate daily with account management, team leader, mill order planning and logistics
