Program Details and Conduct Rules Player Arrival Times Arrival: Players are expected to have arrived Friday at 10:45am January 3rd at the Ecole Le Sommet. Players are expected to be 15 minutes early for each days start times. Schedule : Friday 11am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 9am-5pm Players Departure: All Players requiring drives are to be picked up between 5pm 5:30pm Sunday, January 5th at Ecole Le Sommet. FOOD $10 Hotel Breakfast coupons will be available for purchase for all Hotel Guests when they check in. You would want to buy 2 of these ( one for each morning) Lunches (Subway & water provided) but Tim Horton's is located beside the venue as well as a convenience store. We will be having a 1 hour lunch break each day. Under 18 years of age Camp Participants staying in the hotel must have an adult accompanying them that has been approved by their parents or legal guardian and will be responsible for that child during the camp duration when the training sessions are finished each day at Ecole Le Sommet. No Alcohol will be permitted for any registered participant regardless of age. The Moncton Badminton Club reserves the right do dismiss without refund to any participant who clearly is uncooperative to the conduct listed in this information flyer. Détails du programme et règles de conduite Horaire: Vendredi: 11am-7pm Samedi: 9am-5pm Dimanche: 9am-5pm Arrivée des joueurs: Les joueurs sont attendus à 10h45am vendredi le 3 Janvier. Pour les jours suivants (samedi et dimanche), les joueurs sont priés de se présenter 15 minutes à l avance, soit à 8h45am. Départ des joueurs: Le camp se termine le dimanche à 5pm et les joueurs doivent être ramassés entre 5pm et 5:30pm. Nourriture - Si vous restez à l hôtel, des coupons de $10 sont disponibles pour l accès au buffet chaud pour le déjeuner. - Des sous-marins de chez Subway seront offerts pour dîner aux joueurs à tous les jours du camp. Un Tim Horton est aussi facilement accessible juste à côté de l école, ainsi qu un dépanneur. Il y aura une pause dîner d une heure par jour. - Soupers non inclus. Activités sociales à l hôtel Il y a une piscine à l hôtel mais les joueurs de moins de 18 ans doivent être accompagnés d un adulte en tout temps.
