Objectifs de l évaluation fonctionnelle avant chirurgie thoracique En pratique : bilan d opérabilité = appréciation du risque de mortalité / morbidité post op pour : récuser patients à trop haut risque Idéalement : tenter de diminuer le risque post opératoire par une prise en charge pré et post op pour les sujets haut risque. Amener des sujets initialement non opérables à l être. En pratique : Evaluation mortalité morbidité à court terme: 30 à 60j Idéalement : évaluation de la capacité fonctionnelle a moyen /long terme, qualité de vie
