SCHOOL TRIPS 2015 VOYAGES SCOLAIRES S6 Cette brochure contient les informations sur les voyages scolaires pour les élèves de 6e année. Cette année les voyages scolaires se dérouleront entre samedi 18/04/15 et dimanche 26/04/15. Les formulaires (des choix, de groupe ) doivent être remplis et retournés à C. DE KEYSER (dans la boîte à C303) pour le vendredi 24/10/14 (13h) au plus tard. Les formulaires dûment remplis doivent être signés par les élèves et leurs parents avant d être déposés. Tous les élèves qui ne participent pas à un voyage à l étranger seront automatiquement intégrés dans le groupe voyages locaux. Si cela est votre premier choix, ne faites pas d autres choix. Choisissez minimum 4 voyages. Classez-les par ordre de préférence (notez : 1-2-3-4) ou cochez-les ( ) si l ordre vous est égal. Nous ferons de notre mieux pour satisfaire vos vœux, mais il faut savoir que cela ne sera pas possible dans tous les cas et que rien n est garanti. Il est possible de prendre part à un voyage avec vos amis (max 4 élèves dans un groupe). Dans ce cas chaque groupe doit remplir UN formulaire de groupe avec les choix du groupe et toutes les signatures ainsi que les formulaires de choix individuels. This brochure contains the information about the school trips for 6th year pupils. This year the schooltrips are taking place between Saturday 18/04/15 and Sunday 26/04/15. The sheets (Choices Form, Group Form) must be completed and handed in to C. DE KEYSER via the box at C303 by Friday 24/10/14 (1pm). Pupils and parents must sign the completed forms before returning them. All pupils who do not go abroad on a trip will automatically be assigned to the programme of local trips. If this is your first preference, mark only this choice. Choose at least 4 trips you would like to go on. Rank them (1, 2, 3, 4) in order of preference, or use a tick ( ) if you do not have a preference. Every effort will be made to give a maximum of pupils their first or second choice, but you must understand that this is not possible for everyone, and that no guarantees can be given. It is possible to go with your friends (max group size is 4). In that case the members of the group must complete ONE group form with the choices and everyone s signatures as well as the individual choices forms. PAIEMENT: Le prix maximum d un voyage est 850. A l inscription un acompte de 300 (sauf local trip 150) devra être versé sur le compte voyages scolaires avant 24/10/14. Dans le cas contraire, l inscription de l élève ne pourra être confirmée. En cas de nonpaiement le nom de l élève apparaîtra dans la liste de voyage local trip. La répartition definitive des élèves pour les voyages sera annoncée pour le 28/11/14 (dans bâtiment C 1 étage) et le paiement du coût total (reste) du voyage devra être fait pour le 5/12/14 dernier délai. Il est possible de demander une aide financière à l école si vous avez des difficultés dans le paiement du voyage. PAYMENT: The maximum price of a trip is 850. Sifnos Diving Trip An authentic cyclade island in spring 850 Min/Max pupils 30/42 Sifnos lies in between Serifos, Kimolos and Paros and is 78 nautical miles from Piraes, Athens. It has an area of 74km² and a shoreline of 70 km with a population of 2000.The island is reached through the ferries and there are also sailings to other islands in the Cyclades.
