Overall, three main situations were identified: coronary artery disease and perioperative ischemia often triggered by anemia, true hypovolemia (associated with hemorrhage), or relative hypovolemia and aspiration of gastric contents.
Ferritine = stockage Transferrine = transport plasmatique TaO2 = Qc x (1.34 x Hb x SaO2 + 0.003PaO2) Post op = état pro-inflammatoire avec carence martiale fonctionnelle http://www.medecine.ups-tlse.fr/dcem2/module8/item112/pdf/mod.%208%20_112.pdf
Tranexamic acid was effective in reducing the need for blood transfusions while not increasing the risk of complications, including thromboembolic events and renal failure. Thus our data provide incremental evidence of the potential effectiveness and safety of tranexamic acid in patients requiring orthopedic surgery.
Perop : l acide tranexamique Exacyl Antifibrinolytique Diminution du saignement postopératoire CI : Atcd thromboemboliques artériels et veineux
Postop : Fer IV : Venofer (saccharose ferrique) 300mg dans NaCl iso(250cc) à J0 et J3 Ferinject (carboxymaltose ferrique) 1000mg dans NaCl(250cc) sur 15min à J0 Per os (Tardyferon 100 à 300mg/j) pendant 3 à 6 semaines
