L'objectif est l'accompagnement des personnes porteuses d'une déficience intellectuelle pour répondre à leurs besoins en lien avec l'approche sensorielle et la détente corporelle. La démarche est basée sur l'éveil de la personne stimulée au monde extérieur par le biais de son corps et de ses cinq sens à l'effet de limiter la progression du handicap. La salle est spécialement conçue pour cette stimulation, notamment à travers: - d'effets lumineux, - jeux de couleur, - sons (musique) - senteurs. Who will benefit from this global grant? 2 La pratique de ce type de stimulation est expérimentée au village Michelet depuis près de dix ans. La pratique, initialement empirique, est devenue un besoin repéré qui demande des compétences et une structuration des espaces. Une commission spécialisée a été créee au Club Rotary de Nancy. Cette commission comprend les membres suivants : Bernard CREHANGE, Jean-Paul HATON et Gérard PAQUIN. Cette commission travaille en liaison avec : - M. Jean-Pierre VOIRIN, Directeur de l'etablissement, - M. Stéphane BESSOT Directeur adjoint - Docteur UBERSFELD, médecin coordinateur de l'etablissement en lien également avec des parents de malades. Lors de ces réunions, les besoins nécessaires ont été recensés pour l'aménagement complet d'une salle d'éveil sensoriel. Detail how your project will address these community needs. Le programme de formation consiste à concevoir et utiliser un espace sensoriel comme lieu privilégié d'observation des résidents par la mise en œuvre d'une démarche clinique, élaborer un projet de prise en charge individuel. Ce programme est destiné aux professionnels travaillant au village Michelet et au contact de personnes polyhandicapées et de personnes âgées. Ce sont Romain VAUTHIER, aide-soignant et Hélène ANDRE, candidate élève AMP. Les experts seront Richard SZALBELSKI, et Fatma EL-MOKRETAR? tous deux, éducateurs spécialisés. : Le programme de formation a déjà commencé, financé en interne par l'etablissement. Le club s'est investi également depuis plusieurs années dans la vente annuelle de brioches au bénéfice du village Michelet. Le club continuera à aider ce village et aura une information régulière sur les travaux et les bénéfices apportés par l'utilisation de la salle multisensorielle. Les Rotariens du Club de Nancy, membres de la commission, sont chargés du suivi de la mise en service du matériel et du suivi de la formation des personnels impliqués en relation avec le Directeur de l'etablissement. The Foundation matches cash contributions at 50 percent and District Designated Fund (DDF) contributions at 100 percent. The Foundation will also match non-rotarian contributions toward a grant, provided they do not come from a cooperating organization or a beneficiary. To determine the World Fund match for your global grant, list all sources of funding, specifying contributions from cash, DDF, and other sources. Non Rotarian contributions with no match from TRF can be included in the grant financing if they are being used to purchase grant budget items. These contributions should not be sent to TRF.
