3 2 L édition 2014 du Forum Toulouse Technologies se tiendra le jeudi 6 novembre 2014, à l espace DIAGORA de Labège. Le forum sera ouvert aux visiteurs de 9h à 18h. Nous vous proposons un vaste ensemble de services comprenant : - La location de la surface du stand - L installation générale du stand (cloisonnement, moquette et éclairage) - La location du mobilier du stand - Un service de restauration (petit-déjeuner et déjeuner) - Un service continu de collation toute la journée, dans un espace repos réservé aux exposants Vous trouverez dans ce dossier technique toutes les informations nécessaires, ainsi que les tarifs de nos prestations, afin de vous aider à vous inscrire en ligne à l adresse suivante : Toutes les informations contenues dans ce dossier technique sont également disponibles à cette adresse. Selon l article L80B du livre des Procédures Fiscales, nous sommes exonérés de TVA. Les tarifs présentés dans ce dossier sont donc HT-TTC. Ils sont exprimés en euros. The 2014 Forum Toulouse Technologies will be held on the 6 th of November 2014, at DIAGORA. The forum will be open to visitors from 9am to 6pm. We offer a wide range of services including: - Renting of the surface and furniture for your stand - General installation of the stand (partitioning and lighting) - Meals (breakfast and lunch) - Continuous snacks throughout the day, in a space reserved for exhibitors Included in this technical file all the necessary information and pricing of our services to help you to register online at the following address: All information in this technical documentation are available at this address. According to the article L80B of the book of tax procedures, we are exempt from VAT. Rates shown in this folder are HT-TTC. They are expressed in euros.

4 Prestation de base Il s agit d un forfait comprenant : La location de la surface du stand pour la journée du Forum La promotion de votre entreprise au moyen d un texte de présentation et d une page de publicité insérés dans la brochure étudiants du Forum (2000 exemplaires) Deux à six repas par jour, en fonction de la surface du stand. Un boîtier électrique monophasé 3kw Un accès WIFI gratuit L accès garanti à une table en «espace entretiens» La prise de RDV avec des étudiants en amont du forum, via Seekube. La publication de vos offres de stage et l accès à une CV-thèque d étudiants, via Seekube. Installation générale Il s agit d un forfait comprenant : Le cloisonnement du stand La moquette L éclairage Basic service This is a package including : The rental of your stand for the day An electrical box. See further in electricity section The promotion of your company thanks to a presentation inserted in the brochure of the Forum (2000 units). Two to six meals a day depending on the surface area of your stand. A free WIFI access A guaranteed access to an interview table The scheduling of interviews with students before the career fair, via Seekube. 6 Entreprise de moins de 250 salariés? Nous vous proposons cette année de participer au village PMEs, destiné à mettre en valeur les PMEs auprès de étudiants! Ce village, dont le concept a été initié l an dernier, vous permet de présenter vos activités aux étudiants et de recruter les meilleurs profils. Vous disposez des même prestations que les entreprises non PME, sur un stand de 6m², avec une excellente visibilité sur le forum et ce à tarif préférentiel. La prestation proposée est tout inclus, elle comprend notamment: - Le mobilier, l éclairage, le cloisonnement et l installation générale - L électricité (1,5 kw) - 2 repas le midi - Deux pages de publicité dans la brochure étudiant - Les services offerts via Seekube (accès à une CV-thèque, planification de RDV, publication d offres de stage ) Stand de 6m², tout inclus 6m² stand, all included 350 Has your company less than 250 employees? This year we offer you the opportunity to participate in the «SME Village», which is intended to promote SMEs among students. This «village», launched last year, allows you to present your activities to student and to recruit the best profiles. You are offered the same services as larger companies, on a 6m² stand, with excellent visibility and at a reduced price. The service offered are all included, and include: - Furnitures, lightening, electricity (1,5kW) & basic equipment - 2 meals for lunch - Two pages of publicity in our brochure given to students. - Services offered via Seekube (access to a bank of students CV, scheduling of interviews, publication of your internship offers ) 5

7 Nous vous proposons comme nouveauté sur le forum cette année de participer à un «speed job dating», organisé en sessions de 1 heure pendant laquelle 6 à 8 étudiants qui se seront inscrits sur le créneau pourront dialoguer avec vous de leur formations, expériences... A la fin de la session, vous pourrez continuer à dialoguer avec les étudiants autour d une collation offerte par le Forum Toulouse Technologies. Ces sessions vous permettront de proposer stages ou emplois aux étudiants vous semblant le plus à même de répondre à vos besoins. Afin de cibler au mieux les étudiants présents, ces sessions seront regroupées par spécialités. Votre entreprise peut, bien évidemment, participer à plusieurs sessions (sous réserve de disponibilités) Le pack inclus : - La participation d un de vos recruteurs à une session de Speed Job Dating - Une collation offerte à l issue de la session - L accès Wifi gratuit - La publicité de votre entreprise sur la plateforme Seekube Participation à une session (1 recruteur) Participation to one session (1 recruter) 60 This year, we are launching a new concept on our career fair : the «speed job dating». During 1 hour, you will have the opportunity to meet 6 to 8 students to discuss with them about their training and experiences At the end of each session, you will have the opportunity to keep talking with them in a more relaxed atmosphere over a tea break, offered by the Forum Toulouse Technologies. This concept will allow you to offer interniships or job opportunities to the students that suit best your expectations. In order to target more precisely the students you want to meet, the sessions will be organised under a specific thematic. You can participate to more than one session. 10 9 Les repas sont préparés par un traiteur et sont servis sous la forme d un buffet dans le restaurant de Diagora, ouvert de 12h à 13h30. Vous pouvez commander des repas supplémentaires au-delà du nombre de repas inclus avec la surface de votre stand. Ces repas sont facturés 30. Nous vous proposons un boîtier électrique monophasé (230 V) de 1,5kW-10A ou 3kW-16A inclus dans le prix initial. Pour un supplément de 100, nous proposons également le boîtier électrique triphasé (410V) 6 kw-10a We offer you a single phase (230 V) 1,5kW-10A or 3kW-16A power supply, included in the initial price. Optional power supply (additionnal price of 100 each) : Three phases (410V) : 6kW-10A. Meals are prepared by professionals and served in a pleasant place, inside the Diagora building. To let you optimize your time, the catering is a buffet open from 12 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. According to the surface of your stand, you will get a number of free meals. You can order extra meals for 30.

12 Vous ne pouvez pas vous déplacer le jour du forum et participer physiquement à notre forum? Nous vous proposons comme nouveauté cette année, grâce à notre partenaire Seekube, de participer virtuellement au forum. Vous pourrez planifier des RDV avec nos étudiants tout le long de la journée ainsi qu après la date du forum sur internet. Les entretiens seront conduits sur Internet. Tout comme les entreprises présentes physiquement le jour du forum, nous vous offrons : - une double page de publicité dans notre brochure étudiant, distribuée en 2000 exemplaires. - La publication de vos offres de stage et la présentation de votre entreprise via l interface Seekube.
