The sea is only 5 meters away that makes the villa unique. The town centre of Dubrovnik is 8 km away and most shops, restaurants and tourist attractions within 3km from the luxury villa. Cavtat airport is 25km away. Built in 1802 as a family mansion, the rental villa was fully restored in A famous Italian designer designed the interior using bright and vivid colours and every room has a sea view. The whole interior is a mix of modern and old English style, including the huge, equipped kitchen. There are numerous works of art by famous Italian and Croatian artists, giving the sense of being in a museum. On entering the villa, you first see the spacious living room and area with dining table. The living room is decorated with unique furniture, armchairs and decorative cabinets and equipped with LCD TV, CD and DVD players. On this floor, you will also find the fully equipped kitchen which is separated from the living area with a small bar. There are three large en suite bedrooms comfortably sleeping six guests. One is the extra spacious master bedroom with a large wardrobe. This bedroom also has a comfortable fully equipped office with computer, Wi-Fi, internet, satellite TV, video surveillance, alarm and a telescope. One of the other two double bedrooms has terrace access. The bathrooms are fully made of Italian marble. From the living room, one can enter to a beautiful lush Mediterranean garden with palm trees and various Mediterranean herbs. Within the garden, there is a bowling playground. Coming out of the master room through two glass doors, you reach a beautiful terrace with furniture for relaxing, a Jacuzzi and sitting furniture. In front of the house, there is a stone-built dock for mooring a boat or yacht. The terrace offers magnificent view of the Elafiti islands of Dubrovnik and is the perfect place for an Page 1

2 intimate dinner. The garden and terrace is equipped with parasols, deck chairs, a Jacuzzi pool, but the best of all is the clear sea, only a few steps away. The villa has a parking space for two cars and mooring up to 18m.
