2 Information sur le projet Titre: Code Projet: Expero modèle pour évaluer la qualité des résultats d'apprentissage en formation pour la santé IT1-LEO Année: 2013 Type de Projet: Statut: Accroche marketing: Projets de transfert d'innovation Accordé L'évaluation des résultats d'apprentissage des soins de santé est l'un des principaux enjeux des scénarios économiques et de production adroit, et donc considéré comme l'un des objectifs stratégiques au niveau national et international. L'UE a été impliqué dans la promotion de cadres à travers l'apprentissage et l'application des normes en la matière de qualification, les crédits et la qualité de la LO. Du point de vue de la mise en œuvre, le domaine de la certification de qualité de la formation est un sujet dans lequel l'union européenne est d'être conscient au début, je sais que nous continuons à en soulignant que même avec très grosse somme d'argent pour la formation, il n'est pas un retour sur investissement approprié. Cet écart devient un problème en termes de gestion et à la perte de l'importance de la formation. L'objectif principal de Expero4care est certifié pour la première norme pour évaluer les résultats d'apprentissage dans l'apprentissage long de la vie de la santé. Résumé: Expero4care vise à créer une norme internationale et de certifier des formations de soins de santé à évaluer la qualité des résultats d'apprentissage.merci à deux projets précédents de l'ue(expero et Expero2eu, eux choisi les meilleures pratiques par LLP),Expero devenu un standard de qualité pour certifier les écoles professionnelles. Expero4Care vise à évaluer la qualité des résultats d'apprentissage en programms de formation dédiés aux professionnels,en service,dans le secteur de la santé,médecins, la infirmières,techniciens de laboratoire,des travailleurs sociaux.la particularité de ce secteur est la nécessité d'un processus de formation continu pour assurer la présence de ressources humaines dans leur domaine et capables de mieux performer dans leur emploi. Pendant la durée du projet,après une première formation de se familiariser Expero les principaux référents,5 organisations seront appliquer le modèle à des formations de soins de santé.le processus predict le niveau d'implication des différentes parties prenantes dans l'analyse des attentes et des perceptions sur les résultats d'apprentissage,interrogés au moyen de questionnaires et d'entretiens afin d'évaluer les indicateurs, la qualité des compétences(modèle KSAV)par des stagiaires et des formateurs,de la qualité les résultats de LO(changement perçu dans le comportement et les résultats de mesure en service de soins de santé;sens de la formation (comment est la politique de formation vu par les formateurs, les stagiaires et les intervenants externes. Les données sont stockées dans une base de données,développement également une application de la tablette pour faciliter l'enquête.elaboration des permis à ce jour met en évidence les principaux points forts des lacunes et de la formation.un organisme international certifiera le nouveau modèle comme un standard de qualité et les formations seront certifiés après la vérification. Partenariat est formé par un groupe de base qui a développé le modèle Expero et élargie à de nouveaux organes appartenant à des secteur de la santé.la nouvelle norme Expero4care créé une percée pour l'évaluation des résultats d'apprentissage dans un secteur,comme les soins de santé,où la nécessité d'une mesure de la qualité de la formation Impliquer les parties prenantes et l'approche orientée vers les résultats d'apprentissage est très forte. Association Expero,le référent principal permettra d'assurer la continuité des résultats du projet pendant et après la vie du projet. 18 Événements Final Conference Date Description The final conference aims to bring together project partners, public institutions and stakeholders involved in healthcare sector to present the final results of the project and the futute prospects in the implementation of expero4care model. Project partners are going to share their experiences with the implementation of expero4care within their institutions and discuss about the forthcoming steps in the application of the model in healthcare sector. A further attention is going to be focused on the potentiality of the implementation of expero4care at regional level (Regione Fvg). 19 Événements Expero4care Interim Meeting Date Description The Expero4care Interim meeting aimed to share with the project's partner the experiences done during the first year of project, in particular the results of the Expero4care model implementation. During the interim meeting each partner presented the results of the first phase of the model implementation and discussed them with the colleagues. The partners have been trained on the next steps of the model's implementation and on the first phase of evaluation. Each partner presented the dissemination activities already done and the once provided for the second year. It has been also an opportunity to disseminate Expero4care in the Cyprus contest through a dissemination event at the presence of the public hospital and the local institutions. 20 Événements Kick off meeting Date Description Cible Public Informations de contact Date et lieu The kick off meeting aim was the presentation to the partners of the expero4care model and its main features. The event gave the opportunity to meet the whole partnership and to share objective and tasks at the beginning of the project. Each partner introduced its organization and the reasons why decided to be involved in this project and to evaluate the learning outcome in healthcare training. The expero4care team organized a detailed presentation of the model characteristics and dimensions. The training has been realized in two days in which the partners had the possibility to discuss with the trainers the main features of the model and implementation process. During the kick off meeting took place a dissemination event to present the model at the local institutions.
