4 Low AND medium voltage PRODUCTS Componenti per la bassa e media tensione, realizzati su specifica del Cliente mediante centri di tornitura e fresatura CNC automatizzati. Ricavati da barre, profili, stampati e fusioni. Piccoli, medi e grandi lotti di produzione. Realizziamo trattamenti superficiali a completamento della fornitura. Low and medium tension components, realized according to the Customer s specifications by automized CNC turning and milling centers. Pieces machined from bars, profiles, forging and castings. Small, medium and high production batchs. We realize surface treatments supplementing the supply. Composants pour basse et moyenne tension, réalisés d après les spécifications du Client par des centres de tournage et fraisage CNC automatisés. Pièces obtenus de barres, profiles, matriçage et fusions. Lots de production petits, moyens et grands. Nous réalisons des traitements de surface à achèvement de la fourniture. Componenti per alta tensione realizzati mediante centri CNC multi-assi, anche per particolari complessi per piccoli e medi lotti. 5 PUNCHING BLANKING BRAZE WELDING Produciamo barre piegate e forate di differenti spessori, dimensioni e lunghezze. Dopo la punzonatura e la piegatura, i particolari possono essere rivestiti con guaina termo restringente. Realizziamo componenti con saldobrasatura ad induzione, anche di differenti leghe (rame-rame, rame tungsteno) We produce bended and punched bars with different thickness, size and lenght. After punching and bending, the items can be coated by thermoshrinking sheath. We realize components by braze-welding and induction, even with different alloys (copper-copper, copper- tungsten, etc.) Nous produisons des barres pliées et poinçonnées aux différents épaisseurs, dimensions et longueurs. Après le poinçonnage et le pliage, les pièces peuvent être recouvertes par une gaine thermo-rétrécissant.
