Peignoirs de bain et chaussons Fleurs fraîches Ménage quotidien DESCRIPTION Ski in, ski out with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc The ski in, ski out chalet is conveniently situated next to the ski lifts of the Brevent ski area, a 10 minute drive from the Les Grands Montets ski area and 15 minutes from Le Tour. The nursery ski slopes are situated below the chalet and can easily be reached on foot. From its perfect elevated location, the south facing chalet has a panoramic view over the majestic Mont Blanc massif. Not only is it comfortably close to the ski runs, but it is within walking distance of the centre of Chamonix, 10 minutes downhill and a few minutes more uphill. The chalet is well planned with high quality finishes. It has a lovely open plan living room and kitchen with a small breakfast area and fireplace and through the huge windows you have stunning views of the mountains and the centre of Chamonix. The living area opens onto the spacious sun terrace where you can recline on day beds, under a huge parasol, and enjoy the magnificent views. There is sleeping provision for 8 to 10 in 4 beautiful bedrooms with a distinct alpine ambiance and all with private en suite bathrooms or shower rooms. A separate suite, with a double bed in the loft, is accessed from the entrance hall; it has an en suite shower room with WC. Relaxation is the point of any holiday: the chalet offers a sauna, comfortably furnished sun-terrace that stretches along the whole length of the chalet, ski/equipment room and double covered carport. The driveway is heated and the chalet is accessed via a private road, which joins up with the car park of the ski lifts of Le Brevent. The chalet is secured with a private gate.
