5 Page 4/5 6 Conditions d utilisation du service Housing System est un service gratuit proposé par Melting-Potes, la section internationale du Bellasso, l association des étudiants de l école nationale supérieure d architecture de Paris- Belleville. Housing System a pour unique but de mettre en contact des étudiants étrangers en mobilité à l Ecole Nationale Supérieure d Architecture de Paris-Belleville, avec toute personne disposant d un logement et cherchant un locataire ou un colocataire. L envoi de ce formulaire au Bellasso ne garantit pas de résultat. Aussi, il est fortement conseillé de poursuivre des recherches personnelles de logement en parallèle. Les documents établis par Housing System ne font en aucun cas office de contrat de location, et ne peuvent à ce titre servir de justificatif quelconque. Le Bellasso, la section Melting-Potes, et le service Housing System, se dégagent de toute responsabilité dans le cas d un non-respect des accords et contrats établis entre deux parties, mises en relation par l association. L ensemble des informations recueillies au travers de ce formulaire est uniquement consultable au bureau du Bellasso, par les annonceurs, et par les étudiants étrangers de l Ecole Nationale Supérieure d Architecture de Paris-Belleville en recherche de colocation et ayant au préalable effectué une demande de logement auprès de Housing System. Dans le cadre d un projet de développement de sa communication, le Bellasso, envisage la construction d un site internet. Ce projet s accompagne de celui d y intégrer un accès direct et sécurisé à la base de données des annonces de Housing System. L association se réserve le droit de publier les annonces sur son site internet, conformément aux conditions décrites précédemment. 6 Page 5/5 6 Terms of use of the Housing System Housing System is a free service provided by Melting Potes, the international section of the Bellasso, the student association of the Paris Belleville Architecture School. Housing System has for only aim to serve as go-between the subscribers of this service (students of the ENSAPB) and any person with an accommodation looking for a tenant or a roommate. The submission of this form cannot guarantee any results. It is therefore recommended to pursue personal researches for accommodation. The documents established by Housing System are by no means a contract, and cannot serve as an official document. The Bellasso, the Melting Potes section and the Housing System service decline all responsibility in case of non respect of the agreements and contracts established between the two parties. The information gathered through this form will only be available for consultation at the desk of the Bellasso, by the announcers and the foreign students who have beforehand subscribed to the Service. The contact details and identity of all subscribers are only available for consultation by the Housing System team. The inquirer can withdraw or modify his demand at any moment, under justification of his identity. In the scope of developing the association s communication and development, a website will possibly be set up. This project could integrate a direct and safe access to the database of the Housing System. It is agreed that the association is allowed to publish the different adverts on its website, accordingly to the conditions described above.
