4 2 Informations administratives Administrative information Mot de bienvenue WelCOME NOTE C hères étudiantes, chers étudiants, Je suis heureuse de vous accueillir à l Institut de hautes études internationales et du développement pour l année académique Nous formons une communauté de chercheurs et d étudiants spécialisée dans l étude des affaires mondiales, avec une mission commune : développer une pensée créative sur les principaux enjeux contemporains, promouvoir la responsabilité mondiale et faire progresser le respect de la diversité. Par votre travail à l Institut, vous participez à cette mission que je vous invite à embrasser sans réserve. Celles et ceux d entre vous qui arrivent à Genève cet automne constituent la première cohorte d étudiants qui accompliront leurs études au nouveau siège de l Institut. La Maison de la paix n est pas seulement un bâtiment. Elle incarne nos valeurs de créativité et d excellence, couplées à notre engagement en faveur de la diversité et d une action responsable dans les affaires mondiales. Le bâtiment est situé au cœur de la «genève internationale», soit les agences des Nations unies et les organisations non gouvernementales qui se consacrent à faire progresser les droits humains, dont les droits de la femme, à lutter contre la guerre, à améliorer la coopération économique internationale et à résoudre les problèmes liés à l environnement, à la santé et aux migrations. Nous les considérons comme nos partenaires dans la mission de l Institut. A l Institut, vous ferez partie d un groupe varié de chercheurs et d étudiants originaires de plus d une centaine de pays. 5 Mot de bienvenue Welcome note 3 Dear Students, I am delighted to welcome you to the Graduate Institute for the 2013/14 academic year. We are a community of researchers and students of world affairs who share a mission to develop creative thinking on the major challenges of our time, foster global responsibility and advance respect for diversity. Through your work at the Institute you become part of this mission and I invite you to embrace it to the fullest. Those of you arriving in Geneva this fall constitute the first cohort of students completing all of their studies in our new home. The Maison de la paix is not just a building. It embodies our values of creativity and excellence, together with our commitment to fostering diversity while acting responsibly in this world. Designed to resemble a series of petals, the building recalls the natural environment while conforming to high environmental standards. It will surprise you in its aesthetic qualities, interweaving a sense of urbanism with striking elegance. The building is located in the middle of International Geneva, UN agencies and non-governmental organisations dedicated to advancing human rights, including women s rights, combating war, enhancing international economic cooperation, and solving problems related to environment, health and migration. We consider them partners in our own mission. At the Graduate Institute you will be part of a diverse group of scholars and learners from over a hundred countries. You will be part of a select minority of 28 percent of applicants in your cohort that made it through our rigorous admissions process. We are looking forward to making you part of our community. You chose the Graduate Institute because of our curricular offerings, and much of your effort in the coming years will focus on classes and on working with our professors. Keep an eye out for the events of our research centres and programmes which are working on the themes of the environment, trade, conflict, development and peacebuilding, health, migration, governance, and gender. We also have a new centre which focuses on finance and development. These centres and programmes run fascinating research projects, reach out to the Geneva policy world in a targeted fashion, and nurture extensive international networks. Depending on your research interests, they can become an intellectual and professional resource as well as a vibrant intellectual home. Voir le lien ci-dessous : Le traitement d une telle demande nécessite un certain temps pour quelques pays (environ 12 semaines de délai), il est donc conseillé d effectuer cette démarche sans tarder. Dès leur arrivée en Suisse, les étudiants non-résidents doivent remplir les formalités requises auprès de l Office cantonal de la population afin d obtenir un permis de séjour étudiant. See link below: Processing the related requests can take some time for nationals of certain countries (up to 12 weeks). We recommend that this be taken care of immediately. Upon arrival in Switzerland, non-resident students must fulfil the requirements established by the Office cantonal de la population (OCP), in order to obtain a student residence permit. La liste des documents à présenter est la suivante : une pièce d identité, les diplômes et relevés de notes originaux de fin d études secondaires ainsi que ceux des études universitaires. Les étudiants devront fournir une adresse en Suisse ou en France voisine, valable durant la durée des études. A cette occasion ils recevront les règlements d études, le kit de bienvenue et la carte d étudiant (en cas de perte de celle-ci, il conviendra de s adresser à la réception du service aux étudiants). Cette formalité permettra également à l étudiant de faire connaissance avec l équipe du service aux étudiants. REGISTRATION at the INSTITuTE From 2 to 20 September 2013, students must finalise the registration formalities with the Institute s student services. They must present the following documents: a piece of identification, diplomas and original transcripts of results from the end of secondary studies as well as from university. Students will be required to provide their address in Switzerland or neighbouring France, valid for the duration of their studies. At registration, they will receive the Academic Regulations, the Welcome Kit, and the student card (in case of loss of this card, students should notify the Student Office reception). This formality will also allow students to meet the Student Office team. KIT DE DÉMARRAGE INFORMATIQUE Le kit de démarrage informatique comprend : L identifiant et le mot de passe du compte it personnel (ci-après «IHEID it Login») qui permettent l accès aux ordinateurs en libreservice, au réseau Wi-Fi, aux imprimantes et au logiciel académique Campus ; Le nom d utilisateur et l adresse du compte de messagerie (ci-après «IHEID Login») ; le mot de passe est identique à celui du IHEID IT Login. Les différents services de l Institut communiqueront sur cette adresse dès l inscription de l étudiant. L iheid Login ouvre également un agenda en ligne et partageable. Les conditions d utilisation des ressources informatiques et le guide d utilisateur «Computer User Booklet». L utilisation du IHEID IT Login et du IHEID Login confirme l acceptation, par l étudiant, des conditions d utilisation et autres réglementations applicables en la matière. Les modalités de remise du kit de démarrage seront précisées par , à chaque étudiant le 31 juillet. IT STARTER KIT The IT Starter Kit includes: The username and password for the student s personal IT account (hereafter Graduate Institute IT Login ) which will provide access to public computers, Wi-Fi, printers and to Campus (the academic information system); The username and address for the account (hereafter Graduate Institute Login ); the password is identical to that of the Graduate Institute IT Login. The Institute s different services will communicate with students through this address once they are enrolled. The Graduate Institute Login also provides access to a sharable online agenda. The conditions of use of the IT resources and the Computer User Booklet. By using the IT and logins, students agree to the applicable terms and conditions. The arrangements for sending the IT starter kit will be specified by to each student on 31 July.

Elle se fera en ligne via le logiciel Campus accessible au lien suivant : Il suffira à l étudiant de se connecter à Campus au moyen du nom d utilisateur et du mot de passe «IHEID it Login». Etant donné que le temps de connexion est limité à 20 minutes, il faudra que l étudiant ait choisi préalablement ses enseignements à l aide du catalogue des cours. Le descriptif des cours et les syllabi se trouvent dans le E-catalogue des cours disponible sur le site Internet : Rentrée universitaire et séances d information La rentrée a lieu le lundi 16 septembre La première journée est consacrée à des séances d information dont l horaire est inclus dans le kit de bienvenue. Une présentation de la bibliothèque est organisée au début du semestre. Les horaires sont affichés et communiqués lors de l inscription à l Institut. Les cours débutent le mardi 17 septembre Cours et test de français Au début du premier semestre a lieu un test de français. Il s adresse à tous les étudiants, à l exception de ceux qui, dans leur demande d admission, ont sollicité une dérogation et ont suivi dans les semaines précédentes un enseignement accéléré de cette langue ; de ceux dont le français est la langue maternelle ; de ceux qui ont suivi une formation de niveau secondaire ou post-secondaire en français sanctionnée par un diplôme, ou qui ont obtenu un diplôme en français équivalent au DALF B2. La réussite de ce test figure dans le relevé des résultats (et donne lieu aussi à un certificat séparé). Ceux qui échouent devront suivre un cours de français organisé par l Institut pendant le premier semestre, et repasseront le test au début du troisième semestre. Les étudiants qui, dans leur demande d admission, ont sollicité une dérogation pour le français doivent d abord suivre un enseignement accéléré de cette langue organisé par l Institut pendant les trois semaines qui précèdent le début du semestre, et ensuite le cours de français donné pendant le premier semestre. Ils passent le test à la fin de ce cours, et en cas d échec le repassent au début du troisième semestre. ONLINE registration for courses Registration for courses is open from Monday 9 September to Friday 27 September. Registration is carried out using the online tool Campus available through the following link: Students can log in to Campus using the username and password Graduate Institute IT Login. Given that the registration sessions on Campus are limited to 20 minutes, students should choose their courses in advance by using the Course Catalogue. The course descriptions and syllabi can be found in the E-Course Catalogue available online. Opening of the academic year and information sessions The academic year starts on Monday 16 September The first day will consist of information sessions for which the times and venues are listed in the Welcome Kit. A presentation of the Library will take place at the beginning of the semester. Timetables will be posted and communicated during registration. Courses begin on Tuesday 17 September FRENCH course and test At the beginning of the first semester, a French test is organised. It is intended for all students except for the following those who, in their application form, requested to be exempt from the French requirement and completed an intensive course in that language in the preceding weeks; those whose mother tongue is French; those who completed secondary or post secondary education in French (a diploma is required as proof) or who have a French language certificate equivalent to level DALF B2. The results of this test are included in the transcript and those who pass receive a certificate. Students who fail this test must take a French course organised by the Institute during the first semester and retake the test at the beginning of the third semester. Students who requested an exemption of the French-language requirement must first take an intensive course in that language organised by the Institute during the three weeks prior to the beginning of the semester, and must then take the French course given during the first semester. Students will take the test at the end of this course and in case of failure will retake the test at the beginning of the third semester.

Les étudiants peuvent en être exemptés en présentant : une carte européenne d assurance maladie (qui peut leur être fournie par leur assureur) ; ou un formulaire d équivalence, à faire remplir et attester par leur assureur. Ce formulaire peut être obtenu auprès du Service de l assurance-maladie 62, route de Frontenex, 1207 Genève T sam@etat.ge.ch Les étudiants ne possédant pas d assurance avec couverture équivalente doivent en conclure une en Suisse. Il existe différents assureurs qui offrent des assurances pour les étudiants à prix abordables. L Institut a conclu une convention collective avec la compagnie d assurances Css permettant à ses étudiants de bénéficier de tarifs préférentiels. Le contrat d assurance est établi exclusivement entre l étudiant et la compagnie d assurances, à l entière décharge de l Institut. Les conditions générales de l assurance sont seules à faire foi, notamment en ce qui concerne la couverture d assurance et la durée de celle-ci. Exemptions may be granted upon presentation of one of the following: A European health insurance card (provided by your health insurer); or A form providing proof of equivalent insurance coverage to be completed and signed by your insurer. This form can be obtained from: Health Insurance Service Service de l assurance-maladie 62, route de Frontenex, 1207 Geneva T sam@etat.ge.ch All other students must take out health insurance for Switzerland. Several companies offer student insurance at affordable prices. The Institute has concluded an agreement with the insurance company CSS to provide preferential rates to its students. The contractual relationship is established exclusively between the student and the insurance company with no involvement of the Institute. The general conditions of the insurance provide information on the coverage as well as the duration and are binding. Le corps enseignant et l administration l utilisent pour informer d événements importants, d échéances à respecter et de toute affaire urgente. Il est donc requis aux étudiants de lire les messages qui parviennent à cette adresse ou d organiser un transfert vers leur adresse électronique personnelle. Les étudiants peuvent conserver indéfiniment leur adresse de l Institut mais sont invités à informer le service informatique (helpdesk@graduateinstitute.ch) s ils ne comptent plus l utiliser dès la fin de leurs études. Les adresses non utilisées pendant plus de six mois seront désactivées. ADDRESS The address provided to students is indispensable for all communications from the Institute. Faculty and administration will use this address to communicate important events, deadlines and urgent information to students. Students must therefore ensure that they consult the messages sent to this address regularly or forward them to another account. Students may keep their Graduate Institute address indefinitely but should notify the IT Services (helpdesk@graduateinstitute.ch) if they do not intend to use it after graduation. addresses which are dormant for six months or more will be deactivated. In the absence of written notification from the student, the address on file will be considered valid for all correspondence, communication or declarations issued throughout the duration of enrolment. 11 Informations administratives Administrative information 9 ATTESTATION D INSCRIPTION, RELEVÉS DE RÉSULTATS ET DUPLICATA Au début du semestre, un bulletin de versement est envoyé aux étudiants pour régler la taxe semestrielle. Son paiement valide l inscription au semestre. Dès réception du versement, une attestation d inscription ainsi qu un autocollant pour la carte d étudiant sont adressés à l étudiant. Un relevé de résultats semestriel par étudiant ainsi que le formulaire de report du service militaire sont à disposition gratuitement au service des étudiants. En revanche, les documents officiels suivants sont fournis par le service aux étudiants moyennant une taxe de Chf 15. : duplicata du diplôme, du relevé de résultats, des attestations d inscription, de la carte d étudiant et des attestations pour l Office du chômage et différentes attestations standard délivrées chaque semestre. Paiement en ligne : REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE, TRANSCRIPTs OF RESULTS AND DUPLICATES At the beginning of the semester, all students will receive an invoice for the semester s tuition fees. Registration will only be considered final upon receipt of payment. A registration certificate will subsequently be issued along with a sticker for the student card. A transcript of the results obtained during the semester as well as a form requesting postponement of military service are also available free of charge from the Student Office. A fee of CHF 15 will be charged for each of the following official documents: duplicates of diplomas, transcripts of results, registration certificates, student cards, and certificates for the Unemployment Office as well as any certificates other than those issued each semester. Online payment: BOURSES Un nombre substantiel de bourses est alloué chaque année par l Institut aux étudiants de master et de doctorat sur la base du mérite académique et des besoins financiers. D une durée de dix mois, ces bourses sont de deux types : complètes et d écolage. Un renouvellement est possible en fonction des résultats académiques et de la situation financière du candidat. Of a duration of ten months, two types of scholarships are available: full scholarships and scholarships for tuition fees. Chaque étudiant est prié d arriver dans la salle de cours quelques minutes avant le début de l enseignement. L usage des ordinateurs portables est autorisé dès lors qu il ne perturbe pas le bon déroulement du cours. Attendance The Institute s pedagogical approach requires regular class attendance which may be monitored. Regular attendance and active participation in classes are considered by the faculty in the final assessment. Students are requested to arrive in the classroom a few minutes prior to the beginning of class. The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during classes, seminars and examinations; audio and visual ringtones must be switched off. The use of portable computers is authorised as long as it does not disrupt the course. modalités d évaluation DES ENSEIGNEMENTS En début de semestre, chaque enseignant explique les méthodes d évaluation dont il se servira, en tenant compte du nombre d étudiants, de la nature de son enseignement et des objectifs fixés. En général, les enseignements comprennent un ou plusieurs tests ou travaux, écrits ou oraux. L évaluation prend la forme d une note allant de 1 à 6, avec une graduation d un quart de point. La note minimum de passage est 4 : une note inférieure à 4 ne permet pas d obtenir les crédits correspondants. Seuls le règlement d études, les directives d application et les plans d études font foi en matière de modalités d évaluation et d octroi des crédits. EvALuATION criteria FOR COURSES For all courses, student coursework will be evaluated based on criteria defined and communicated by the faculty at the beginning of the semester taking into account the number of students, the type of course and the objectives set. Methods of evaluation generally include one or several written or oral examinations. Evaluation is based on a grading system ranging from 1 to 6 with quarter point increments. Only a grade equal or super ior to 4 will result in the awarding of the corresponding number of ECTS credits. The criteria for evaluation and the attribution of credits are governed by the Academic Regulations, Implementation Guidelines and curricula, which are binding. Processus de Bologne et crédits ECTS Le processus de Bologne vise la construction d un espace européen de l enseignement supérieur en rendant les systèmes nationaux plus compatibles, compétitifs et attractifs et en introduisant un système de crédits (ECts) comparables dans toute l Europe. La Suisse et l Institut participent à ce processus. Ces crédits expriment le volume de travail à fournir par l étudiant ; un crédit équivaut à environ 25 heures de travail. Les crédits sont octroyés à l étudiant lorsqu il réussit l évaluation d un enseignement. Pour les masters, un semestre exige en principe l obtention de 30 crédits ECts. BOLOGNA PROCESS and ECTS credits The Bologna Process was put in place to create a harmonised European higher education system by making national academic and quality assurance standards comparable and compatible throughout Europe through the introduction of a European-wide system of credits, the ECTS. Switzerland and the Graduate Institute adhere to this system. These credits represent the number of hours of study required for the successful completion of a course within any given semester. One credit is equivalent to approximately 25 study hours. In the master programmes a semester is equivalent to, in principle, 30 ECTS credits.

14 12 Informations académiques Academic information Fraude, plagiat et normes pour les citations de références Définitions La fraude consiste notamment à ne pas respecter les règles d organisation d une évaluation ou à réutiliser, en tout ou en partie, un travail personnel qui a donné lieu à l octroi de crédits ou à l obtention d un titre en le présentant comme un travail original. Le plagiat consiste notamment à s approprier le travail créatif d autrui en le présentant comme son propre travail, à reproduire des extraits de textes, des données, des chiffres, des images, etc., tirés de sources externes en omettant d en mentionner la provenance ou à utiliser les pensées originales d autres auteurs sans en indiquer la source. L Institut se réserve le droit de soumettre les mémoires et les thèses à un logiciel spécialisé dans la détection de plagiat. En cas de constatation de fraude ou de plagiat, la note 0 est attribuée au travail ou à l examen. Selon les cas, les sanctions peuvent aller jusqu à l élimination de l Institut. Des documents internes en matière de citations précisent les normes en vigueur à l Institut : Comment citer des références bibliographiques Comment citer des documents électroniques et audiovisuels Comment citer des documents juridiques ÉvALuATION de la qualité de l enseignement par les étudiants Avant la fin du semestre, il est demandé aux étudiants d évaluer les enseignements suivis par le biais d un questionnaire anonyme. Le résultat est ensuite communiqué à l enseignant dans le but de l aider à comprendre ce qu il doit améliorer. Garantes de la qualité de l offre d enseignement, les évaluations des étudiants sont remises aux responsables des départements/programmes interdisciplinaires et prises en compte lors du renouvellement des contrats des enseignants. Mémoire de master Rédigé en anglais ou en français, le mémoire est un travail de recherche personnel et original. Il est effectué en majeure partie durant le quatrième semestre. Le mémoire, dans sa version finale, est évalué par un jury formé du directeur de mémoire et d un deuxième lecteur. En cas de note inférieure à 4 l échec est éliminatoire. Les dispositions relatives au choix du directeur de mémoire et du sujet, aux exigences de rédaction et aux délais relatifs au mémoire figurent dans le règlement et dans les directives d application. CHEATING, plagiarism and guidelines for citations and references Definitions Cheating includes any action in disregard of the rules and standards governing evaluation or re-using, all or part of, coursework for which credits or a degree have already been obtained and presenting it as an original piece of work. Plagiarism includes appropriating the work of a third party and presenting it as one s own work, copying text, data, figures, images, etc. from external sources without citing the source or presenting ideas of other authors as original work. The Institute reserves the right to run dissertations and theses through a dedicated programme which is able to detect plagiarism. In the event that cheating or plagiarism are found to have occurred, a 0 grade will be attributed to course work or examinations. Depending on the severity of the offence, the student may be excluded from the Institute. The following internal documents provide information and guidelines on the Institute s policy regarding citation of work in written submissions: How to cite bibliographical references How to cite electronic and audio-visual documents How to cite legal documents StuDENT feedback on teaching Before the end of a semester, students are requested to evaluate their courses by filling out an anonymous questionnaire. The results are then communicated to faculty members in order to help them improve their classes. In order to maintain the quality of the Institute s academic offerings, student evaluations are presented to the heads of the departments /interdisciplinary programmes and taken into account when renewing faculty members contracts. master s DISSERTATION Written in English or French, the master s dissertation is an original and personal piece of research. The dissertation is usually written during the fourth semester. The final version of the dissertation is evaluated by a jury consisting of the dissertation supervisor and a second independent supervisor. Failure to achieve a minimum grade of 4 will result in automatic failure of the whole programme. The Implementation Guidelines and Academic Regulations provide guidelines for selecting the dissertation subject and supervisor as well as guidelines for drafting and information on deadlines. Mémoire préliminaire de thèse et thèse de doctorat Le mémoire préliminaire de thèse (Mpt) est un travail de recherche rédigé selon un format défini par chaque département. En principe remis pendant le troisième semestre d études, il est examiné par un jury puis discuté au cours d une soutenance. En cas de note inférieure à 4, le candidat dispose d une seconde et dernière chance. Rédigée soit en anglais, soit en français, la thèse de doctorat doit être remise et soutenue avant la fin du huitième semestre. Elle est soumise à l examen d un jury composé, en principe, de trois membres (deux professeurs de l Institut et un lecteur externe), puis discutée au cours d une soutenance publique. Si l un ou plusieurs des membres du jury estime(nt) que le manuscrit n est pas soutenable en l état, un colloque est organisé. Les meilleures thèses peuvent recevoir un prix et être publiées par l Institut. PRELIminary thesis and PhD thesis The preliminary thesis is a research paper following a format defined by each department. It is usually submitted during the third semester. It is discussed by a committee and evaluated in conjunction with a defence. In case of failure to achieve a minimum grade of 4, the candidate is given a second and last chance. The PhD thesis can be drafted in English or French and is submitted and defended before the end of the eighth semester. The work is examined by a committee usually made up of three members (two Institute professors and one external reader) and discussed during a public defense. If one or several of the committee members judge that the manuscript is not defendable at that point, a meeting is held. The best theses can be honoured by prizes and published by the Institute.

A titre exceptionnel, cette «filière rapide» est aussi ouverte aux étudiants des masters interdisciplinaires (en affaires internationales et en études du développement). fast-track During their third semester, students enrolled in disciplinary master programmes may request to be admitted to the consecutive PhD programmes thus permitting them to complete a master and PhD in five years instead of six. In exceptional cases this fast-track is also open to students in the interdisciplinary master programmes in international affairs and development studies. Relevés de résultats, diplôme et prix académiques Relevés de résultats Le relevé semestriel des notes, visible et imprimable depuis le système Campus (consultation des notes), comprend la liste des cours suivis, les notes obtenues et les crédits ECts correspondants. Un relevé semestriel par étudiant est disponible gratuitement, sur demande, au service aux étudiants. Un relevé final des résultats est remis aux étudiants à la fin du programme. Diplôme Délivré par l Institut et reconnu par l Université de Genève, le diplôme de master est remis lors d une cérémonie. Les étudiants empêchés de participer à la cérémonie communiquent une adresse postale où le diplôme pourra leur être envoyé. Le diplôme de doctorat, délivré par l Institut et reconnu par l Université de Genève, est envoyé à l étudiant à la suite du dépôt officiel de sa thèse. TRANSCRIPTS, diploma and academic awards Transcripts A transcript of the results achieved during each semester will be available and downloadable from the online Campus system (consultation of transcript). It will include a list of courses taken, the grades obtained and the corresponding ECTS credits attributed. A transcript of the results for each student and for each semester is available free of charge from the Student Office. Upon completion of the programme, a final transcript of results will be issued. Diploma The master s diploma, delivered by the Institute and recognised by the University of Geneva, will be awarded during the graduation ceremony. Students who are unable to attend the ceremony inform the programme assistants of their absence and provide a postal address to which the diploma can be forwarded. PhD diplomas, delivered by the Institute and recognised by the University of Geneva, are sent to students after the official submission of their thesis. Academic awards Several awards are granted to outstanding students from the Institute. Des milliers de périodiques électroniques, une centaine de bases de données spécialisées et interdisciplinaires et 3000 dvd complètent les collections papier de la bibliothèque. Elle est également bibliothèque dépositaire des publications des Nations unies depuis 1947, de l Organisation pour la sécurité et la coopération en Europe (osce), de la Direction du développement et de la coopération suisse (ddc) ainsi que de l Asian Development Bank. La bibliothèque offre 300 places d étude et une salle informatique. Des salles sont également disponibles pour le travail de groupe. La carte de lecteur délivrée par l Institut permet d emprunter et d étudier dans les 71 bibliothèques scientifiques et universitaires de Genève. infolibrary@graduateinstitute.ch The Library houses over 300,000 documents devoted to international relations and development studies. Thousands of electronic periodicals, over 100 specialised and interdisciplinary databases as well as 3,000 DVDs round out the Library s paper collection. The Library is also a depository library for United Nations publications since 1947, as well as publications from the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The Library offers 300 study tables as well as a computer and printer room. Workrooms are also available for group study. RESSOuRCES INFORmATIQues Le Service informatique gère et développe les ressources informatiques aux fins de l enseignement, de la recherche et de l administration. PRESTATIONS INFORmATIQuES ET WI-FI Les principales prestations informatiques comprennent la mise à disposition d un espace sauvegardé de stockage de données, des connexions Wi-Fi, des ordinateurs en libre-service, des services de messagerie et d impression. L utilisation d ordinateurs, de réseaux, etc., confirme l acceptation, par l étudiant, des conditions d utilisation et autres réglementations applicables en la matière. impression DE documents L usage des ressources informatiques est gratuit à l exception des pages imprimées. Chaque étudiant bénéficie d un quota d impression gratuit par semestre (500 pages pour les étudiants en master et 2000 pour les doctorants). The IT Services will greet students upon their arrival at the Institute according to the indications that will be sent to them by at the end of August. IT RESOuRCES The IT Services manage and develop information technology resources in order to support education, research and administration. IT services The main IT services provided include a reserved amount of space to store data, Wi-Fi, publicly accessible computers, an account and printing services. By using the computer facilities, students agree to the terms and conditions of their use. Printing documents Use of IT resources is free, however a fee will be charged for printing.
