Support systems and processes in project management: covering quality management, procurement management and advanced cost management. Application Seminar: this course closes the master program by integrating knowledge and competencies. Teams of students realised a real project that 1

2 anchors concepts, processes, and tools seen during their project management studies. This course also focused on soft competencies. Research methodology in project management: covering the qualitative approach particularly based upon grounded theory Others courses given within master programs: Master in IT, HEC Montreal Master in cooperative management, University of Sherbrooke, Quebec PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Senior Project Manager at Desjardins Financial Group o Project management in a complex context of multidisciplinary teams distributed across many physical sites. Projects under my control are of strategic importance and represent major changes not only on the technological side but also on the cultural side. Desjardins is a major banking mutual organization in Quebec with over 1500 points of services and nearly 5 million members. Projects are seen as business solutions and cover all distribution networks, physical or virtual, including Internet and call centres. o Participation to the implementation of Desjardins Project Management Office at different stages IT Service Manager at Desjardins Financial Group o Management of the Data Base Administrators team for all technological platforms, centralized and local Senior Analyst in IT Architecture at Desjardins Financial Group o Development of the overall business and IT architecture for a reengineering project and coordination of the realization plan. o Involvement in the first Internet site which was among the first transactional sites in Canada o Responsible of the strategic planning for IT Senior Analyst in IT Architecture at Banque de l Habitat, Tunisia o Development of the overall business and IT architecture in support to major strategic changes and coordination of the realization plan. o Coaching in Project Management and initiating of major projects Project manager in System Development at Desjardins Financial Group o Management of important projects mostly in the electronic payment systems IT Programmer and Analyst at Aix-en-Provence University o Participation to research project on automation of language translation from Arabic to French IT Programmer and Analyst at Bell Canada o Management, development and implementation of IT system. 2
