Its aim was to evaluate the current developments reached - after the organisation, in winter 2008, of the same theme workshops - to identify and to discuss common interests related to that theme. Ericsson, STM and Hydro-Quebec representatives presented lectures on the subject. Several common interests had been identified and will be discussed during the 2009 fall workshops. 3

4 INVITED SCHOLAR Serghei Floricel was invited as a guest researcher at Umea University, in Sweden, from April 30th to June 14th, He received a bursary from the Erasmus Programme the European Union. During his visit, he was able to move forward his research on knowledge production and on the improvement of the reactive capacity of complex projects. His research projects are described in the following link: His visit was part of an exchange program established in 2007 between the Chair and the researchers of the Swedish University.
