15 PORTFOLIO D ATELIERS E GESTIO DE PROJET PROJECT MAAGEMET PORTFOLIO Le monde du travail d aujourd hui est bien différent de celui d il y a à peine dix ans. Les membres des équipes de projet peuvent travailler dans des environnements virtuels sans jamais se rencontrer, et la répartition des pouvoirs a changé considérablement. De nouveaux outils, plus complexes, font leur entrée dans les organisations à un rythme impressionnant et une quantité importante de données est amassée et doit être traitée efficacement. La force de notre programme en gestion de projet réside dans sa dimension pratique, fondée sur les façons de faire propres au monde du travail d aujourd hui. L étendue de notre offre en gestion de projet permet aux participants d acquérir des outils pratiques facilement applicables au quotidien et d accroître ainsi leur efficacité au travail. Le Centre de formation continue est reconnu Registered Education Provider par le Project Management Institute et à ce titre, émet des unités de développement professionnel (PDU) pour les ateliers de son portfolio en gestion de projet. Sans un encadrement adéquat, les gestionnaires de projet accidentels risquent de compromettre un projet, leurs relations avec leurs collègues, et leur propre bien-être. Cet atelier d un jour regorge d outils et de techniques utiles qui vous guideront dès le début du projet jusqu à sa réussite. Vous examinerez le processus qui consiste à bien définir les besoins, et vous apprendrez des stratégies pour composer avec les différents styles et les situations difficiles à gérer comme le manque d engagement. In this three-day workshop you will learn how a project is planned, managed and closed using the tools and techniques aligned with the best practices outlined in the Project Management Institute s (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide). The focus of the workshop is on creating a plan that will allow a project manager or team member to know how the project is progressing and make the right decisions when it is off track. Yet in doing your job you find yourself managing people s expectations, working on teams, worrying about deadlines, and perhaps trying to manage the costs. If this is you, you are an accidental project manager. Without appropriate guidance, accidental project managers can jeopardize the project, their relationship with their coworkers, and their own wellbeing.
