3 RESEARCH PROJECTS Websites(research) Researchinterests My research focuses on the organizational aspects of information, systems and technologies concentratingondevelopingandimplementingknowledgemanagementandstrategic,scanningto enhancethecollective,capacitytoanticipate,unexpected,and,unpredictable,changesintheexternal (orinternal)environment.iaminterestedindesigningandexperimentingwithmethodsandsystems todevelopthemanagerialskillsandabilitytodetect,disseminate,share,interpretandmake,sense ofweak,signalstosupportanticipationanddecisionamaking.iamalsointerestedintheadoption, thediffusionandtheappropriationofsuchmethodsandsystemsinorganizations,aswellasintheir success and failure factors. My research projects are based on an inductive, approach. They are groundedinthedifficultiesmanagersandorganizationsfacetoimplementweaksignalsdetection andsensemaking,anticipativescanninganddecisionvmakingwithweaksignals.thusactionaresearch isamethodologyiveryoftenadopttodesignandimplementactionable,knowledge,andevaluateits acceptationandusefulness.myobjectiveasaresearcheristocontributetohelpingmanagersand organizations develop competitiveness and sustainability.
