Sur le plan stratégique, il mettra l'accent sur la détermination de la possible valeur ajoutée de la coopération internationale entre les entreprises polonaises et internationales. Sur le plan de la commercialisation, il mettra l'accent sur l'e-marketing et le marketing en ligne, y compris le développement de sites Web riches en informations dans plusieurs langues. Cela comprendra un module de formation de marketing des médias sociaux active. Résumé: Business networks, like cluster play crucial role in economic reality (The initial observations of the European Cluster Observatory). It can be assumed that roughly 38% of all European employees work in enterprises that are part of the cluster sector [Innovation Clusters in Europe, EC, 2007]. Next observations suggest a positive correlation between the strength of regional portfolios (human resources, patent applications, employment in medium - and high-tech manufacturing) and regional innovation performance. Chambers of Commerce, Business Clusters and Professional Associations need specific tools to promote international cooperation and development for themselves and their members. This is particularly urgent given the financial crisis, the opportunities for international cooperation and the expected disruption of public funds. Overall aim of the project is to transfer innovative methods of internationalization and commercialization to business networks as well as contribute to social and economic cohesion of the CEEC. Specific aim is to increase skills of managers from business networks in Poland and Lithuania through delivering them special training on internationalization and commercialization. The objectives of the project are: To assess the actual competence of the selected managers from business networks To train 20 business networks managers in internationalization and commercialization To develop 10 strategies for internationalization and commercialization of business networks To develop 2 Learning Management Platform for blended learning To amend the 10 strategies according to the feedback after the pilot phase To develop 10 information-rich websites for engaged business networks To develop the textbook and an article Disseminate results of the project in 1 international conferences. Target groups of the project are: direct - managers from business networks dealing with internationalization and commercialization. Indirect target group are entrepreneurs. The beneficiaries are: enterprises, companies, trainers, educators, managers, society. Partners by their professional experience represent: Navigator Consulting Partners, UK field strategic management consulting, as well as representative of the enterprises for contributing to the development of strategies, Kaunas Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts component in providing services for business networks in LT and beyond, Foundation Partners for Local Government, PL competent in supporting local development and bridging business and academia. The project results are: 20 trained managers, 2 Learning Management Platform for blended learning, 10 strategies for internationalization and commercialization, 10 information-rich websites, textbook, one article, 1 international conferences. The project duration is 24 month. Description: This document refers to the second of the goals of the project, i.e. the methodology for the training of Trainees, recruited to participate in the project. The whole content of this document it is supposed to be just for the internal usage of the Consortium, to work out the training programme for the coordinators of recruited business networks. The training activities are developed in order to guarantee and facilitate a future utilisation of the Learning Management Platform (which is also an outcome of the InterCom project), so it is worth to emphasise that all materials and modules of the training will be prepared both for two training session in Lithuania and Poland, as well as for end users of the Platform. Some of the results go hand in hand with the experiences from previous projects and from previous surveys conducted within Consortium. The Wielkopolska Chamber of Commerce and Industry has recruited representatives of clusters and cluster initiatives with the assistance of project partners from Foundation Partners for Local Government in Poland and The Human Capital Research and Development Institute and in Lithuania. Description: The purpose of the analysis is to identify managerial competencies defined by the different areas of management. The description of these competencies is important while it is vital to prepare a dedicated training programme that will best suit the needs of recruited managers. The collected material will be used by trainers from the UK to the analysis of both training content and level of difficulty The collected information about managerial competencies are to be used to develop a dedicated training program that prepares trainee to expanding managed clusters activities beyond national borders, as well as to increase the chances to internationalize the cluster activities and commercialize services that are offered.
