Les étudiants étaient dans le troisième année de formation et ils ont intériosé les structures de base de leur métier de formation dans la période passé. À cette occasion l expérience de travail étrangère présentes la possibilité pour approfondir et compléter le contenu de la formation. Parce que les apprentis travaillant dans des sociétés qui opèrent en Europe et dans le monde, l etranger offre des perspectives intéressantes de carrière. Chaque participant a recu la mobilité Europass. Le certificat augment des possibilités sur le marché du travail et des chances de reprise parce que l apprenti désigne sa volonté voir plus loin que le bout de son nez. The trainees learn in companies that operate in Europe and in the whole world. The target state was Belgium. The German trainees should see how the production runs in Belgium. In the companies our trainees were involved in projects and in processes of production. The trainees should acquire language skills (English). As they were integrated into the processes of production they had to cooperate with Belgian employees. So they got used to Belgian customs. The objectives have been completely achieved, in some cases even exceeded. The Belgian internship companies were very impressed by the motivation and independence of our trainees. The trainees developed enormous self-confidence and proudly presented their experiences. Because of our public relations offensive has spread over the region there were many inquiries from schools that wanted to have tips for organizing Leonardo da Vinci projects. Companies have asked if they could not even organize mobility projects additionally.
