17 Intermédiation en assurance Insurance mediation Le droit de l intermédiation en assurance constitue un des grands secteurs d intervention et historique du Cabinet. L équipe dédiée à cette activité assiste courtiers d assurance, courtiers grossistes, agents généraux et mandataires tant en matière de conseil que de contentieux en assurance vie et en assurance non-vie. HMN & Partners assiste également les intermédiaires dans la phase amont de leur activité en les accompagnant dans la création de leur structure ou de leur réseau pour la satisfaction des exigences de l ORIAS afin de parvenir à l immatriculation. Le droit français de l intermédiation a été enseigné pendant de nombreuses années à l université de droit de Lyon par un associé du Cabinet. Un autre associé du Cabinet enseigne quant à lui le droit européen de l intermédiation à la faculté de droit de Paris.
