General knowledge on the political, economic and sociological domains OBJECTIFS PEDAGOGIQUES Prepare for an inescapable evolution of the law and the judicial environment in the EC.Indicate efficient tools for the future European economic operators CONTENU As Europe grows and develops as a more concrete entity, the legal terrain is by necessity evolving. While seeking to maintain national sovereignty, the limitations of national law are being addressed by the development of a supranational system of European law. This course seeks to build an understanding of the evolving environment in European law and its impact on the business and social environment for the future COMPETENCES VISEES Prepare for an inescapable evolution of the law and the judicial environment in the EC. Indicate efficient tools for the future European economic operators METHODE PEDAGOGIQUE The total duration of the course is hours, shared in 14 lectures (1 hour 1/4 each session). The students have an on-line duplicated lecture note on the Intranet. Before attending the each lecture, the students must first study its content and get a good understanding of the mains points and problems which will be raised during the lecture. In other words, the lecture should be seen as a follow-up of the preparation work made by every student.
