( ES1-LEO ) Développement d'une salle de classe virtuelle pour l'acquisition et la reconnaissance des compétences interculturelles dans les programmes d emploi ES1-LEO Projets de transfert d'innovation Clôturé ES-Espagne Le Projet COMPETT était relié à la priorité No. 6 de l appel a présentation des projets de Lifelong Learning Programme, car ce était une proposition globale visant à adopter les contenus e-learning innovantes pertinentes comme un moyen d'améliorer la formation professionnel des étudiants universitaires et des diplômés. Pour atteindre cet objectif, le projet a introduit un programme novateur pour développer les compétences professionnelles clés dans la formation, ce qui contribue à promouvoir l'épanouissement personnel, la citoyenneté active et l'employabilité, et facilite l'accès au marché européen du travail pour les diplômés universitaires. The CULTOOL project aimed to contribute to transfer structures and tools to support mobility in Vocational Training and University Education, particularly with regard to participation of SME and placements in organizations. CULTOOL was based on an innovative Virtual Classroom for the development and acquisition of intercultural competences by vocational TRaining or University students and graduates who are participating in job placement programmes. These often take place in multicultural environments, thus improving student s capacity for social and cultural integration together with efficiency in their ongoing professional skills, fostering their employability. CULTOOL was presented as a comprehensive on-line training, monitoring, mentoring and assessment system for the acquisition of intercultural competences maximizing workintegrated learning experiences. 13 Produit 'RESULT 5: Map of intercultural competences' Titre: RESULT 5: Map of intercultural competences Type de Produit: Autres Description: The map of intercultural competences is a document which clearly describes the most valued and sought-after intercultural subject areas identified during the Analysis phase of the project. The map has been validated by the Intercultural Committees (ICs) created in Spain, Bulgaria, Austria, Czech Republic, Portugal and The Netherlands. The first IC meeting took place after the stage 1 of the analysis phase. The second IC meeting after the stage 2 of this same phase. Creation of a model defining the knowledge, skills and intercultural competences relevant to professional development and personal integration in an intercultural organisation.this curriculum has been validated by the ICS during the third meeting.
