E.C. : Nous poursuivons notre volonté d être acteur de la politique régionale. Cette volonté se témoigne notamment au travers du développement de chaires d enseignement et de recherche. En effet, nous avons développé ces dernières années 3 chaires d enseignement dont une créée en La chaire «Réseaux électriques» est en phase directe avec la mobilisation de la Région Nord-Pas de Calais autour de la 3e révolution industrielle et plus précisément le défi de transition énergétique auquel notre pays se doit de répondre. La chaire «E-business et mobilités» est en lien direct avec les acteurs régionaux de la VAD notamment et le tissu économique créé autour d Euratechnologies. Le Groupe 3SI partenaire de cette chaire, démontre notre faculté à soutenir ces entreprises dans leur développement. Enfin la nouvelle chaire «Architecture d entreprise» est couplée à l animation pd un club d architectes d entreprises de la région composé principalement de directeurs des systèmes d information et nous positionne à nouveau comme acteur du développement économique de notre territoire. P.B. : L offre de formation de l École Centrale de Lille se veut bien entendu en étroite relation avec l entreprise. Ces liens et interactions avec les entreprises régionales, nationales et internationales permettent également et ne l oublions pas, de soutenir l École dans sa volonté de développement. Le soutien financier de ces entreprises est vital pour l École. E.C. : Cet ancrage territorial fort nous permet d être contributeur du développement économique de notre Région. La mise en place de l apprentissage à l IG2I est également une réponse pour cela. Mais notre ambition est également nationale et internationale. Pouvez-vous nous en dire davantage sur l ambition nationale et internationale de l École? P.B. p : L ambition nationale et internationale de l École se décline au travers de nombreuses coopérations et partenariats qui permettent notamment des doubles diplômes. Mais c est au travers du Groupe des Écoles Centrales que notre visibilité «nationale et internationale» prendra toute sa dimension. C est une des motivations pour renforcer les liens au sein de ce Groupe et au printemps 2014, une étape décisive sera franchie avec l adoption d un premier protocole engageant un processus nouveau. E. C. : Cet accord réside en une double volonté : la mutualisation et le transfert de compétences qui nous renforcera dans nos missions ainsi que la mondialisation de la marque Centrale au travers notamment d implantations off-shore sur des pays en forte croissance (Chine, Maroc, Inde). La mondialisation de la marque Centrale passe également par le nombre d étudiants que l on accueille ou que l on envoie chez nos partenaires académiques internationaux. En 2013, 25% ont été accueillis dans nos écoles et 25% sont allés étudier à l étranger. p Retour sur... E.C. : Une innovation pédagogique a marqué l année 2013 pour l École Centrale de Lille. En effet, l École a ouvert 2 sessions d un MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) en Gestion de Projet ayant réuni plus de candidats venant du monde entier. L École Centrale de Lille a été précurseur dans le monde de l enseignement supérieur français et cette innovation a renforcé l image de l École comme acteur majeur de notre environnement. Mais surtout, elle a permis de faire prendre conscience aux acteurs de l enseignement supérieur, d un nouvel outil de formation, au titre de la formation initiale ou continue. Pour conclure P.B. : L année 2013 laisse place à une nouvelle année riche en événements structurels et organisationnels avec le changement de Direction et le renouvel lement des conseils, internationaux avec notamment la réception des 25 ans du réseau TIME mais aussi festifs, puisqu en 2014, l École Centrale de Lille fêtera 160 ans d histoire. Plus que jamais, elle se doit de continuer à développer son engagement en formation, en recherche et en valorisation au profit du développement de nos entreprises et dans un contexte de concurrence mondiale. HOW DO YOU SEE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ÉCOLE CENTRALE DE LILLE S STRATEGY? E.C. : We are carrying on our desire to play an active political role in the region. This can be seen notably in our developing Academic and Research Chairs. Indeed, these past years, we have developed 3 Academic Chairs, including one in The Electric Networks Chair is directly related to the Nord-Pas de Calais region s mobilization in relation to the 3rd Industrial Revolution and more precisely to the challenge of energy transition which our country must rise to. The E-business and Mobilities Chair is directly linked to the local distance selling structures in particular, and the economic fabric created around Euratechnologies. The 3SI Group partner for this Chair demonstrates our ability to support these companies in their development. Finally, the new Enterprise Architecture Chair is combined with the running of a regional enterprise architects club composed mainly of Information Systems Directors, and places us once again as an active player in the economic development of our territory. P.B. : The École Centrale de Lille s training programme obviously seeks close links with industry. We must not forget that these links and interactions with regional, national and international companies also allow to support the School in its desire to develop. The financial support from these companies is vital for the School. E.C. : This strong local presence allows us to contribute to the economic development of our region. Setting up apprenticeships at IG2I is also a response to that. But we also have national and international ambitions. CAN YOU TELL US MORE ABOUT THE SCHOOL S NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL AMBITION? P.B. : The school s national and international ambition takes the form of numerous cooperations and partnerships which notably open up the possibility of double degrees. But it is through the Écoles Centrales Group that our national and international visibility will really come to the fore. This is one of the motivations to reinforce links within this Group, and in the spring of 2014, a decisive step will be taken through adopting an initial protocole which will launch a new process. E. C. : This agreement has a two-fold purpose : to share and transfer skills which will reinforce us in our missions as well as the globalization of the Centrale label notably through implanting overseas in countries with strong growth (China, Morocco, India). The globalization of the Centrale label also takes place through the students that we receive or send to our international academic partners. In 2013, 25% were received into our schools and 25% went to study abroad. LOOKING BACK E.C. : A pedagogical innovation made a big impact on the École Centrale de Lille in Indeed, the School proposed 2 MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) sessions in Project Management bringing in candidates from around the world. The École Centrale de Lille was a forerunner in French higher education and this innovation reinforced the School s image as a major player in our domain. But, above all, it allowed other players in higher education to become aware of a new training tool in initial or continuing education. TO CONCLUDE: P.B. : The year 2013 is giving way to a new year rich in events: structural and organizational ones with the change in Director and the renewal of the different boards; international ones, in particular through hosting the 25 th anniversary of the TIME network; but also festive ones since, in 2014, the École Centrale de Lille will celebrate 160 years of history. More than ever, it must continue to pursue its involvement in education, research and valorization to the advantage of our companies development and in the context of worldwide competition. 3 SOMMAIRE / CONTENTS ENTRETIEN CROISÉ / CROSSOVER INTERVIEW

3 CENTRALE LILLE ENGAGÉE DANS LE DÉVELOPPEMENT DURABLE Centrale Lille is comitted to sustainable development 4 L École Centrale de Lille est engagée depuis 2009 dans une démarche de responsabilité sociale et environnementale. Elle réalise un maximum d actions pour réduire son empreinte écologique, mais elle forme également ses élèves pour qu ils deviennent des ingénieurs responsables... Personnels et élèves sont impliqués dans cette démarche à deux niveaux : le bien-être et la consommation responsable. Le comité Responsabilité Sociétale et Environnementale a organisé ou coordonné de nombreuses activités en Plus de ont été consacrés à cette thématique. Avril 2013 : Semaine du Développement Durable (programme d actions diversifié mis en place pour animer la semaine et sensibiliser nos personnels et étudiants). April 2013 : Sustainable Development Week (diverse programme of events set up by a work group to fill up the week and bring awareness to our staff and students) Bornes de tri sélectif installées dans les bâtiments Iteem et IG2I Setting up selective sorting collection points in the Iteem and IG21 buildings. «Les paniers de Léa» installent à la résidence des élèves un marché de produits locaux et de saison. Chaque semaine les personnels et les élèves qui le souhaitent se font livrer en produits frais directement à l école ou à la résidence. «Les paniers de Léa» sets up a market of local and seasonal products at the students hall of residence. Every week, staff and students who desire can have fresh products delivered directly to the school or hall of residence. Principaux évènements 2013 Main events in 2013 Forum de présentation de projets élèves et thèses en rapport avec le développement durable. Forum to present student projects and theses linked to sustainable development Visite de l usine de tri sélectif et de valorisation énergétique des déchets de la métropole a été effectuée par des personnels et élèves de l école, avec un objectif de sensibilisation à l importance d une bonne collecte sélective dans notre circuit interne. Visiting a factory for selective sorting and converting waste from the metropolis to energy by staff and students from the school. The goal was to bring awareness to the need for a good selective system on our premises. Pause-café bio et buffet 100% bio, ouverts à l ensemble des personnels et des élèves. Conférence de Philippe Vasseur «Transition énergétique : Les forces politiques et économiques de la Région s unissent pour entrer dans la 3 ème révolution industrielle» Conference by Philippe VASSEUR «Energetic transition: The political and economic forces in the Region unite to enter the 3rd Industrial Revolution» Organisation d une sortie marche sportive méridienne dans la campagne environnante. Organizing a midday fitness walk in the surrounding countryside. Since 2009, the Ecole Centrale de Lille has been committed to a policy of social and environmental responsibility. It is carrying out as many activities as possible to reduce its carbon footprint, but it is also training its students to become responsible engineers... Staff and students are involved in this policy on two levels: well-being and responsible consumption. The Societal and Environmental Committee organized or coordinated numerous activities in More than were devoted to this very subject. Principales réalisations 2013 Main achievements in 2013 Ramettes de papiers recyclés à disposition des personnels Reams of recycled paper for the staff Panneaux solaires photovoltaïques installés sur le bâtiment F de la résidence Léonard de Vinci ont été mis en service et raccordés au réseau EdF ont produits 7889kWh (8000kWh en 2012). Solar photovoltaic panels installed on building F at the Léonard de Vinci Hall of Residence started operating service and were connected to the EdF network to produce 7889kWh (8000kWh in 2012). Suite aux travaux et démarches du groupe de travail des référents DD des établissements du PRES, la réalisation d un «Plan de Déplacements», concernant l ensemble des établissements a été lancé avec une échéance à fin 2014, après l obtention du financement et de la participation du CEREMA (Centre d études et d expertise sur les risques, l environnement, la mobilité et l aménagement). Further to the works and undertakings of the work group of sustainable development coordinators in the PRES institutes, a Mobility Plan was planned to be drawn up concerning all institutes by the end of 2014, after obtaining finance and the participation of CEREMA (Centre for studies and expertise on risks, the environment, mobility and planning). Une meilleure efficacité énergétique de nos installations est systématiquement recherchée lors des travaux de rénovation programmés par le service technique : éclairage automatique à fluo 2D (28W-15000h) dans l ensemble des sanitaires des bâtiments C et E et du 1 er étage du bâtiment B7, éclairage semi-automatique à LED (17W-30000h) dans les couloirs du bâtiment A. Par ailleurs, la totalité des derniers éclairages restant avec ampoules à filament ont été supprimés. Renovation works planned by the technical department seek to systematically improve energy efficiency in our installations: automatic 2D fluorescent lighting (28W hours) in all washrooms of buildings C and E and the 1st floor of Building B7, semiautomatic LED lighting (17W hours) in the corridors of Building A. Moreover, all the remaining lighting systems using filament light bulbs have been replaced. Organisée par le laboratoire L2EP, de l' École, la conférence EPE2013 s est déroulée à Lille du 2 au 5 septembre 2013 dans un esprit «carbone care» : volonté de limitation de l empreinte écologique avant et pendant la conférence, puis estimation des émissions CO2 et enfin financement et mis en œuvre de projets de compensation du carbone émis (un premier projet de plantation aura lieu le 13 mars 2014). Organized by the L2EP laboratory, of the school, the EPE2013 conference took place in Lille from 2nd to 5 th September 2013 in a carbon care spirit: there was a real desire to limit the carbon footprint before and during the conference, then an estimation of CO2 emissions and finally a financing and setting up of carbon compensation projects (an initial planting project will take place on 13 th March 2014). Le programme d amélioration de l isolation des chambres situées au 3 éme étage des bâtiments de la résidence s est poursuivi cette année avec le remplacement des châssis de fenêtre du bâtiment E ; les nouveaux châssis PVC sont à rupture de pont thermique et équipés de doubles vitrage à l argon. The programme to improve insulation in the rooms situated on the 3 rd floor of the buildings at the Hall of Residence continued this year with the replacement of the window chassis in Building E; the new PVC chassis are thermally broken and equipped with argon double glazing. Notre école, par l intermédiaire de son référent développement durable et de 2 élèves de 3 ème année, participe, avec les 5 autres écoles auditrices, aux audits croisés sur les actions ou politiques DD des 23 établissements d enseignement supérieur de la Conférence Régionale des Grandes Écoles. Ces audits ont pour objectifs de confirmer les niveaux d auto-évaluation ou de co-réaliser l évaluation des établissements au regard du référentiel «Plan Vert» et d identifier les bonnes pratiques (dont les évènements) transposables aux autres établissements. Les audits se termineront en fin de premier trimestre Our school, through its coordinator for sustainable development and 2 3rd-year students, is participating in audits with 5 other auditing schools on sustainable development missions or policies in the 23 higher education institutes of the Conférence Régionale des Grandes Écoles. The aim of these audits is to confirm the level of self-assessment or to jointly carry out an evaluation of institutes with regard to the Green Plan Reference System, and to identify good practices (including events) which could be used in other institutes. The audits will be completed at the end of the first quarter in Actions pour le bien être à l école La cour d honneur de l École a été agrémentée par la plantation d arbustes dans la bande de pelouses et dans 3 grands bacs installés près des tables. The School s inner courtyard was ornamented by planting shrubs in the strip of lawn and in 3 large tubs installed near the tables. Suite aux premières installations de 2012, 4 tables-bancs type Pique-nique avec poubelles extérieures assorties, ainsi que 2 pôles de tri sélectif ont été installés sur nos deux sites d Iteem et d IG2I. Further to initial installations in 2012, 4 picnic tables and benches with various outdoor bins, as well as 2 selective sorting collection points, were installed on our 2 sites at ITEEM and IG2I. 7 marches sportives méridiennes ont été organisées (21 mars, 3 avril, 17 avril, 6 juin, 16 juillet, 30 août, 10 décembre). 7 midday fitness walks were organized (21 st March, 3 rd April, 17 th April, 6 th June, 16 th July, 30 th August and 10 th December). Une journée «à chacun son équilibre» a été organisée le jeudi 30 mai 2013 dans le cadre de l environnement social au travail : conférence sur le thème «promouvoir le bien-être et la qualité de vie pour pouvoir faire face à la société addictive», séances de relaxation et stands divers (diététique, postures, informations sociales ). A special «Each to their own harmony» day was organized on Thursday 30 th May 2013 in the context of the social environment at work: a conference on the theme of «promoting well-being and quality of life in order to face up to an addictive society», relaxation sessions and various stands (diet, posture, social information ). Poursuite des actions menées au titre des valeurs sociétales La participation au programme «Une grande École, pourquoi pas moi?» a été reconduite : pour l année , 38 lycéens issus de milieux sociaux modestes ont été accompagnés et tuteurés, dans le but de révéler leur potentiel et leur permettre d accéder à des études supérieures de haut niveau. Missions for the well-being of the school Continuing activities carried out in the name of societal values: Participation in «Une grande École, pourquoi pas moi?» («Why not me for a Grande École?») was renewed : for the period , 38 secondary school pupils from low income backgrounds were accompanied and tutored, with the aim of revealing their potential and allowing them to attain high-level higher education studies. 5 DÉVELOPPEMENT DURABLE / SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

4 CENTRALE EDUCATION CENTRALE LILLE Autour de la formation centralienne, l École propose des programmes et des formations offrant les bases de connaissances scientifiques et technologiques à de futurs ingénieurs curieux et ouverts d esprit. Around the Centrale training programme, the School offers programmes and courses containing basic scientific and technological knowledge for future engineers who are curious and open-minded. INTERNATIONAL : LES FLUX D ÉTUDIANTS INTERNATIONAL : STUDENT FLOWS Incoming mobility : 87 students (DD, S8*) Outgoing mobility : 105 students (centrale students for DD and S8*). 87 élèves (DD, S8*) mobilité entrante Focus Deux nouvelles chaires d enseignement de 3ème année ont vu le jour à la rentrée 2013 : Architectures d entreprises E-Business et mobilités. Accueil pour la première année des élèves de l EDHEC dans le cadre de leur préparation au double diplôme avec l École Centrale de Lille.. FOCUS Two new 3rd-year Academic Chairs saw the light of day in the 2013 new term : Enterprise Architecture, E-Business and mobilities. Receiving for the first year students from EDHEC in the context of preparing them for their Double Degree at the École Centrale de Lille. 6 ADMISSIONS La première année de la formation Centralienne comptabilise 282 élèves. Parmi eux, 275 élèves (dont 21% de filles) sont issus des concours : 210 sur le concours Centrale-Supelec, 10 sur banque PT (Physique/technologies), 6 sur le concours ATS (étudiants titulaires d un DUT/BTS ayant effectué une année de spécialisation ATS), 5 sur le CASTing (concours d admissions sur titres d ingénieur du Groupe des Écoles Centrales), 44 via le recrutement international. Plus de la moitié des élèves admis ayant passé le baccalauréat français l ont obtenu avec la mention Très Bien. FORMATION CENTRALIENNE UNE FORMATION TOURNÉE VERS L INTERNATIONAL Près de 930 élèves répartis sur l ensemble des promotions. 28 nationalités étrangères sont représentées : ADMISSIONS : The first year of the Centrale education course comprises 282 students. Among them, 275 students (21% of whom are girls) enter through competitive entrance examinations: 210 from the Centrale-Supelec exams, 10 from PT (Physics/technologies), 6 from the ATS exams (students with a Higher National Diploma or technical Baccalaureate having undergone one year of ATS specialisation), 5 through the CASTIng admissions procedure (Concours d Admission Sur Titre Ingénieur of the Écoles Centrales Group), 44 recruited from International partners. More than half the students admitted after taking a French Baccalaureate obtained it with the highest grade. 5 8 INSERTION PROFESSIONNELLE TAUX D ACTIVITE Chaque année, les statistiques sur la situation professionnelle des élèves nouvellement diplômés témoignent du haut niveau de la formation centralienne. 91,4 % des diplômés de 2013 sont en activité (emploi, thèses, mastère spécialisé, projet personnel...) 4 mois après leur sortie. PRINCIPAUX SECTEURS D ACTIVITE 20 % Énergie 16,84 % Conseil 12,63 % BTP 8,42 % Technologies de l information 6,32 % Industrie automobile, ferroviaire, aéronautique, navale RÉMUNERATION MOYENNE A L EMBAUCHE / AN LOCALISATION DE L ENTREPRISE VIE ASSOCIATIVE L École Centrale de Lille possède un tissu associatif riche et diversifié lié à ses trois formations. Au total, ce ne sont pas moins de 100 associations, commissions et clubs qui composent la sphère associative. L établissement met à disposition des moyens (locaux, matériel, subventions) afin de favoriser leurs activités. En 2013, ont été attribués à différentes associations. On distingue plusieurs types d associations : sociales, humanitaires, événementielles, sportives, culturelles, professionnelles. Voici quelques exemples d actions réalisées en 2013 : FRANCE / FRANCE 77,89% DONT NPDC /INCL. NPDC 9,47% DONT PARIS ILE DE FRANCE / INCLUDING PARIS REGION 51,58% ASSOCIATION LIFE ÉTRANGER / ABROAD 22,11% The École Centrale de Lille has a rich and diversified association fabric linked to its three education programmes. There are no fewer than 100 associations, commissions and clubs in total making up the association network. The institute offers the means (offices, material and financial aid) to help them in their activities. In 2013, a total of was allocated to different associations. Several types of associations can be distinguished: social, humanitarian, events, sports, cultural, professional. Here are a few examples of activities held in 2013: PROFESSIONAL INSERTION ACTIVITY RATE Every year, the statistics concerning the professional situation of recent graduates from our School demonstrate the high-level of our Centrale course. 91.4% of graduates in 2013 are active (employment, thesis, specialized Master s, personal project...) 4 months after leaving. MAIN ACTIVITY AREAS 20% Energy 16.84% Consulting 12.63% Construction and Public Works 8.42% Information technologies 6.32% Automobile, Railway, Aeronautical and Naval industry AVERAGE HIRING SALARY / YEAR COMPANY LOCATION MONTGOLFIADES La 25 ème édition des Montgolfiades s est déroulée les 3, 4 et 5 mai Cette association étudiante est l une des plus anciennes de l École. Fondée dans les années 80, elle réunit chaque année des Centraliens et des Iteemiens autour de l organisation d un meeting d aérostation ouvert au grand public. A présent, c est une manifestation régionale incontournable qui attire chaque année plusieurs milliers de visiteurs. The 25 th edition of the Montgolfiades (hot air balloons) was held on 3 rd, 4 th and 5 th May This student association is one of the oldest in the School. Founded in the 1980 s, it brings together every year students from Centrale and Iteem to organize a hot-air ballooning festival open to the public. It is currently an unmissable regional event which attracts several thousand visitors every year. CENTRALE LILLE PROJETS Centrale Lille Projets, la Junior-Entreprise de l'école, a fêté ses 40 ans en Année de la consécration, elle a été lauréate de 3 prix prestigieux dont le Prix d'excellence désignant la meilleure Junior- Entreprise de France, le Label Ingénieur récompensant la meilleure étude en ingénierie ainsi que le Challenge Développement Commercial. Centrale Lille Projets, the School s Junior-Enterprise celebrated its 40 years in In a landmark year, it won 3 prestigious prizes including the Prix d Excellence («Award for Excellence») for the best Junior Enterprise in France, the Label Ingénieur («Engineer Label») rewarding the best engineering study work, as well as the Challenge Développement Commercial («Commercial Development Challenge»). CHEER UP! Cheer Up! intervient auprès de jeunes âgés entre 12 et 25 ans atteints du cancer et les aide à réaliser un projet qui leur est cher. L association a ainsi effectué 26 visites à 7 enfants hospitalisés aux établissements Saint Vincent de Paul et Roger Salengro. L édition 2013 de la «Course contre le Cancer» organisée par Cheer Up! a réuni le 11 avril environ 300 personnes (soit tours parcourus) sur les terrains de la résidence Léonard De Vinci Cheer Up! works with young people aged between 12 and 25 suffering from cancer and helps them to carry out a project which is dear to them. Perspectives LE BUREAU DES ARTS Le Bureau des Arts (BDA) de l École Centrale de Lille propose une ouverture à la culture à travers la création d événements à vocation artistique, l accès facilité aux spectacles et une collaboration active avec les nombreux clubs artistiques de l École. Le 28 novembre 2013, le BDA a organisé le Concert annuel de l Orchestre Nationale de Lille étudiants étaient réunis au Nouveau Siècle à l occasion de cette belle manifestation. The Cultural Union (BDA) of the École Centrale de Lille opens up a world of culture through the creation of artistic events, easy access to shows and active collaboration with the numerous artistic clubs in the School. Cette formation délivre également le diplôme d ingénieur de l École Centrale de Lille, spécialité génie Informatique et Industriel. À la rentrée 2013, l IG2I a accueilli une demi-section de 11 apprentis pour sa première promotion, et souhaite en accueillir 26 à la rentrée Les apprentis ingénieurs ont été 10 recrutés par des entreprises des secteurs du service informatique, du transport 11 ferroviaire, de la métallurgie, de la Défense et de la distribution. Au sein de la formation IG2I, les filles représentent actuellement près de 14 % des effectifs ; l objectif étant de l accroître à 18% à court terme. La part des enseignements dispensés par des professionnels de l entreprise atteint 17,8%, ces relations fortes doivent se poursuivre afin d offrir aux élèves d autres approches et des opportunités complémentaires. ADMISSIONS POST BAC S - RECRUTEMENT élèves admis en L1 ADMISSIONS WITH SCIENTIFIC HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA RECRUITMENT 67 students were admitted into L1 in the 2013 term. 1% 14% 85% IG2I developed in the 2013 term by opening an engineering training programme through apprenticeship, available to students with an HND in Electrical and Industrial Computing Engineering, those training to be higher technicians, or with an HNC in Computing and Networks, This course also leads to the Engineering Degree of the École Centrale de Lille majoring in Computer and Industrial Engineering. For the 2013 term, IG2I received a half-group of 11 apprentices for its first class-year, and hopes to admit 26 for the 2014 term. The apprentice engineers were recruited by companies from sectors including computing, rail transport, metallurgy, Defence as well as distribution. Within the IG2I programme, women currently represent 14% of the total students, with the aim of increasing to 18% in the short term. The proportion of teaching given by professionals from industry is up to 17.8%; these close links must be continued in order to offer students different approaches and extra opportunities. 7 ÉVÉNEMENTS/VIE ASSOCIATIVE 12 Les rencontres IG2Iennes se sont déroulées le 1 er jeudi d octobre, comme le veut la tradition depuis maintenant 8 ans. Elèves et entreprises se sont réunis lors de conférences, tables rondes et ateliers pour permettre à chacun d échanger et de se faire connaître. En 2013, ont été consacrés à la vie associative qui se diversifie au travers de nouveaux projets (humanitaires, sportifs, culturels musicaux ). EVENTS / ASSOCIATION LIFE IG2I exchanges took place during the 1st Thursday in October, as has been the tradition for the last 8 years. Students and companies met during conferences, round tables and workshops, allowing everyone to exchange and make themselves known. The association life is diversifying through new projects (humanitarian, sports, musical culture, ) MIND UP Créée en 2001, Mind-Up fait partie du mouvement des Junior-Entreprises. Forte de son expérience et de son savoir-faire, elle est la seule Junior-Entreprise du Pas-de-Calais. Elle est dirigée et gérée par une équipe d élèves-ingénieurs qui a choisi de mettre en application les connaissances et expériences acquises par le biais des enseignements et des stages en entreprise. Mind-Up vient de recevoir le résultat de l audit CNJE et c est une mention satisfaisante qui est venue récompenser le travail de toute l équipe pour le mandat passé. Created in 2001, Mind-Up is part of the Junior- Enterprise movement. With a long experience and well developed know-how, it is the only Junior Enterprise in the Pas-de-Calais region. It is managed and led by a team of student-engineers who have chosen to apply their knowledge and experience acquired through their education and industrial internships. Mind-Up has just received the results of the CNJE audit and it was a satisfying evaluation that rewarded the work of all the team holding the previous mandate. MÉCATRONIX L association Mécatronix poursuit sa marche en avant. Après avoir mis sur pied deux projets de fusée expérimentale (dont l un a permis de décrocher un prestigieux prix «Planète sciences»), le nouvel objectif est de concevoir une montgolfière régulée. Avec les cours dispensés et des idées plein la tête, les étudiants de Mécatronix espèrent bien parvenir à leurs fins et connaître la même réussite que leurs ainés. The Mécatronix association is continuing to make progress. After completing two experimental rocket projects (one of which managed to win the prestigious «Planète sciences» prize), the latest aim is to design a controlled hot-air balloon. Through the teaching they receive, and with their heads crammed with ideas, the Mécatronix students hope to reach their goals and enjoy the same success as their predecessors. ITEEM ENGINEER MANAGER ENTREPRENEUR L Iteem crée, pour la rentrée 2014, une spécialisation en entrepreneuriat pour les étudiants de dernière année, très attendue par ceux-ci. Elle leur permettra de développer et approfondir leur projet de création d entreprise ou de reprise, ou d entrepreneuriat. La valorisation d une année de césure va se poursuivre, le recrutement à l échelle nationale se poursuit également. Les relations avec les entreprises sont en développement afin d offrir aux élèves des retours d expérience, des perspectives, des opportunités de stages, d emplois.
