CONCLUSION Pour la majorité des patients diabétiques, le recours à un traitement par statines de forte intensité doit être la règle Quel impact d IMPROVE-IT? Traitement de forte intensité = Statine + EZ? Le contrôle biologique du bilan lipidique doit être réalisé régulièrement pour vérifier l atteinte de l objectif pour le LDL-C et/ou contrôler la compliance au traitement Ne pas oublier que le patient diabétique est à très haut risque et que l atteinte des trois objectifs (LDL-C, Pression artérielle et A1C) doit être l objectif prioritaire du traitement
