1 Principe de fonctionnement du microscope électronique TEM Microscope électronique à transmission (TEM) Ce microscope est composé d une source d électrons, de lentilles qui dirigent ces électrons vers l échantillon (condenseurs), le porte échantillon, d une première lentille agrandisseur (objectif), de plusieurs lentilles intermédiaires et d une lentille de projection Source d électrons: fournir un faisceau électronique accéléré de 50 kv à 300 kv avec une dispersion en énergie de l ordre de 10-6 Condenseur: (1) diriger les électrons vers l échantillon (2) contrôler la convergence du faisceau Échantillon: épaisseur < 0,5 µm (transparent au faisceau électronique) Objectif: ce sont les aberrations de cette lentille qui déterminent la limite de résolution du µcroscope.
